Our holiday house fulfills the criteria of the 4-star category and is characterized by a loving, well-maintained facility whose condition is monitored at least every 6-8 weeks by us personally. The Inselstrstraße is a cul-de-sac, which is also traffic-calmed, and ends only 100 m behind the house. The location is very quiet. The surrounding buildings consist exclusively of 1-2-family apartments in a loosened construction. From its location the house is almost unique, only a few houses in Greetsiel offer such a beautiful view in the nature. From the house you have an unobstructed panorama view on the landscape and the dyke. You can enjoy this view in the morning from the bedroom or breakfast table or from one of the two not visible terraces. Here you can relax and take away from the everyday life and yet you reach the village center in only 10 minutes. Until the Deichrise it is only about 150 m.
It is a very well-kept - NO SMOKING - semi-detached house with oriels on the ground floor and first floor. The house has its own gastotherm with thermostat control, the heating is via radiators and additional floor heating in the living area. Both floors are completely furnished with high quality tiles. The whole ground floor is equipped with blinds (partial electrical).

The indicated prices refer to an occupancy of 2 persons, each additional person will be charged with 15,00 € p. P. / day charged.

In the outdoor area, you can also spend many, beautiful, cozy hours on our spacious south and west terrace and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine in full.
There is even the possibility to rent the adjoining house if you are a larger person group.
