The new, spacious holiday home "Casa Simón" is situated in the quiet coastal town of Cala Pi - Vallgornera Nou, in the south of Majorca. It is south-facing and located only a few minutes by car or bicycle from the idyllic sandy beach of the Cala Pi bay.

The holiday home is a semi-detached house. There is the possibility to rent both halves, for a max. of 16 persons, or just one halve, for a max. of 8 persons. Each unit offers:

A covered terrace with a dining table for up to 10 persons, the sun terraces with enough sun loungers and the 2 pools invite you to relax.

Each house offers on the ground floor a large living-dining room with modern, fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the covered terrace, a guest toilet and a housekeeping room.

On each upper floor are the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and access to a covered terrace with a beautiful sea view, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a further bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom.

Both units dispose of air conditioning in the living-dining areas and in all bedrooms. Since even in summer a nice fresh breeze is coming from the sea, the air conditioning rarely has to be used.

The property is located in a quiet side street. From the location of the holiday home you can easily explore the surrounding area on foot or by bike. Along the coast and always with a view of the sea you can cycle to the famous natural beach of Es Trenc.

Several restaurants and two small supermarkets are just a few minutes away from the house.

Also the semi-detached house "Casa Lucas", HomeAway 2633666, can of course be booked individually (max 8 persons).

Large groups should take care of booking the 2 houses on time!

The romantic Cala Pi bay with its beautiful sandy beach is just a couple of minutes away. The nearest beach access to the popular sandy beach of Es Trenc is in Sa Ràpita, only about 12 minutes (18 km) away. Golfers can reach the 2 golf courses Son Antem and Maioris in a few minutes by car. The next marinas are in S'Estanyol, Sa Ràpita and El Arenal.

Location Description Cala Pi:

The small picturesque seaside village of Cala Pi is located at the beautiful south coast of Mallorca, just 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca and about 20 minutes from the airport. The village Cala Pi is named after the bay of the same name. It is a very deep bay, resembling a fjord, ending in a sandy beach. The beach can be reached by a long staircase, which is located left of the Cala Pi Club. The clean, green-blue shimmering water, the picturesque cliffs to the right and left of the bay, the green pines above the ravine, the old huts of fishermen and the sandy beach at the end make the romantic Cala Pi a dream beach par excellence.

The beach slopes gently into the sea and thanks to the protected location there are hardly any waves, so it is well suited for children. The urbanization with beautiful summer residences runs in an easterly direction, along the up to 30 meters high cliffs, until becoming the villa settlements Vallgornera Nou and Es Pas. The development is composed mainly of single-family homes and villas. Thanks to the gently sloping topography of the area, many houses in 3rd and 4th line partially offer beautiful sea views until the protected island of Cabrera. The village of Cala Pi is peaceful even in high season and is not overcrowded with tourists. Besides shopping possibilities for the daily needs it also offers some bars and restaurants. A larger variety of shops is in the 15 minutes distant Llucmajor.

Der Mietpreis ist inklusive Nebenkosten (wie z.B. Endreinigung und Strom). Es kommen von unserer Seite keine weiteren Nebenkosten hinzu.
Große Gruppen (max. 16 Personen) sollten sich bitte rechtzeitig um die Buchung beider Häuser kümmern!

Die Kaution beträgt 300,- € pro Wohneinheit und wird von FeWo/Home-Away verwaltet. Sie wird den Gästen 7 Tage nach Abreise, nach Kontrolle des ordnungsgemäßen Zustandes der Ferienimmobilie, zurückerstattet.

Bitte beachten Sie, daß die Anreise in der Regel ab 16 Uhr erfolgen kann und die Abreise bis 10 Uhr erfolgen muß, sofern wir das nicht anders schriftlich vereinbaren.
