Istrian Hideaway – in the middle of vineyards in a small, Istrian village, spend your holiday embraced by idyllic nature
The old typical Istrian stone house built has been kept in original and renovated together with a large terrace and garden in 2017. 2018 we finished building a swimming pool with garden studio.
Stunning sunsets, nature and fun activities, along with the content tailored for every need will grant you a holiday far away from the city's stress. The house offers spectacular views of the olive groves and further down to the sea.
The 19th century home was enlarged with two modern wings. Thus the house gained 3 bedrooms - with a double bed and twin beds, two large bathrooms, a separate toilet, a kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a huge window overlooking the garden.
Separate from the main house you have additional privacy in the garden studio. Air conditioned with a double room, bathroom and an open summer kitchen.
The sunny terrace offers barbecue facilities and a beautiful view of the valley down to the sea. On comfortable deckchairs you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the luxuriant garden full of mediterranean plants and scents. An outside swimming pool with shower will provide refreshment.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers the possibility of preparing any kind of delicacies. Oven, gas stoves, spacious fridge with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher are part of the set up appliances.
Thanks to the 60 cm thick stone walls, the stone house offers a cool and pleasant summer climate, 30Mb/s Wi-Fi and a 55 " TV with a satellite receiver. With an internal surface of 140 m² and a 850 m² garden it will certainly satisfy even the most demanding comfort standards.
The land is bordered by an ancient dry stone wall. A free, shaded parking area provides space for two vehicles. You'll find 2 bikes free to use and a lockable storage room for your equipment.
