Sea Haven is a private property nestled in a premier neighborhood of Hudson Bayou. Walking distance to downtown Sarasota's waterfront or Southside Village. The house greets you with its front porch. The backyard is an oasis Enter through the dining room's French doors, opening to the screened porch which is great for morning coffee/tea. Four chaise lounges await you and guests along the pool. After walking the Sarasota Farmer's Market in the morning, use the grill and dine al fresco under the lights. Plenty of yard for a furry friend of kids. Short drive to either Siesta Key Beach or St. Armand's Circle Shopping and Lido Key Beaches. UTC Mall 15 minutes. Beach Cruise Bikes available upon request.
