About The Owner

My husband and I are in our 40's. We have two children, Amanda and Ashley. Both are in college. We have 2 dogs who keep us company while our children are away at school. We live in Ohio and hate the cold winters. We love the beach and hope to retire in Panama City someday.

Why The Owner chose Panama City Beach

My husband and I have been vacationing in Panama City for 20 years. We love it so much we bought our first vacation home at the Shores of Panama 3 years ago. We have enjoyed sharing our vacation home with others so much that we bought a second unit. Our girls still look forward to our Panama City Beach vacation every year. We hope someday our grandchildren will too.

What makes this condo unique

Our 4th floor unit has a great location in the building. We are close to the elevators. Our parking spot is right around the corner on the same floor.

October is a great month to head to the beach!

My family had a wonderful time at your resort! I liked being on the 4th floor and having my car parked on the same floor, in the garage. It made it so easy to access your condo. We would definitely stay there again!

Parking spot same floor as unit; Cute condo 4th floor

We had a great experience with our rental from start to finish with these owners. Pictures of this unit were exactly as shown on HomeAway. The owners were very hands on and visited as soon as we called them about some lightbulbs. Unit is on 4th floor & parking is on 4th floor right by condo entrance. Very handy! We used the stairs to get up and down to the pool to avoid elevator lines--easy walk. Condo easily sleeps 6 adults & 2 kids. The owners even included some additional wristbands that we used for friends visiting us. Like all high-rise condos in PCB, we struggled with Wifi signal strength. This was an issue with Shores of Panama, not our unit or the owner. Several of the families in other units had the same issue, so not a con for just this unit but the signal within the resort. The owners manage several units in this high rise and across PCB. We highly recommend their rentals. It was perfect for our family of 4 and occasional friend sleepovers. We will be renting again in the future. Thanks!

Nice vacation

We enjoyed our stay in June 2016. The unit was clean and the unit manager, Judy, was great to work with. The reserved parking spot and 4th floor unit made packing and pool/beach access easy .

I recommend this unit for families.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was great. Plenty of room for 8. Not too high. We took the stairs, it was faster. I would recommend this condo to everyone.

What a view,

The minute we walked in and onlocked the front door, we were really glad, the condo was very clean, very well decorated and

the VIEW......from the balcony we had a great view of the pool area and yes the pool, what a pool! Just beyond the pool, the

beach, we could not stop looking and this view. Everything we needed for our month's stay was there. The beds were

the best surprise, no problem getting used to these beds. Since we spent the whole month of February, you can't count on the

weather, but with the indoor pool (nice and warm) the gym, sauna and nice long walks on the beach....We also enjoyed being

on the 4th floor, very close to packing space, and so many things with walking distance. We all gave this condo a A+ and yes

we are doing this again..

Overall a nice unit

There were a few issues that merit comment. The cabinets adjacent to the refrigerator were not accessible as the doors hit the refrigerator. The AC closet was filthy with dust. Anyone with allergy problems make take issue with this.

In general this was a nice unit. We would consider staying again.
