This spacious condominium unit is brand new with fresh, contemporary decor and all the upgrades and amenities. The master king suite has a private bathroom with double sinks and a whirlpool tub. 2 additional bedrooms contain queen sized beds and private vanity areas. A private elevator takes you directly to the unit from the covered garage.
We are residents of Toledo, Ohio. Our winters can be quite dreary and cold. Fortunately, our family discovered Southwest Florida when we were kids and has maintained a connection ever since. In early 2009 we were fortunate enough to purchase a brand new second home of our own. We are very excited about sharing this beautiful condominium with family, friends and guests.

Downtown Fort Myers is a relatively undiscovered gem. Directly on the Caloosahatchee river, the city center has been re-developed over time to create a welcoming, pedestrian friendly destination. Our new home is within walking distance of many restaurants and night spots in this wonderful area.
This 5th floor unit provides gorgeous views from every room and the large full width lanai. The pool and other common areas are easily accessible and well maintained. The beautiful decor, private elevator and thoughtful amenities create a truly luxurious atmosphere.

Wow, what a pleasant experience. This condo is a dream come true and truly reflects the on-line images. Great location, execellent access to all attractions, loved the ability to walk to downtown Ft Myers restaurants, live theater, shopping, marinas and week-end events. A Publix grocery store is very close by as well as Highway 41, I-75 and McGregor Blvd for quick access to other areas. The view from the condo is spectacular. We enjoyed the pool, the community exercise room and the under building secured parking provided easy access to our vehicle. The condo is very well appointed and the owners are most attentive responding to inquiries very promptly. You will not be disappointed in this condo, its owners or the area.
Our stay was wonderful. The condo was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The screened lanai and view of the river was outstanding!
It was confusing to get into the condo the first time, but eventually we became familiar with the process and loved the semi-private elevator to the room.
The notes from the owner did not indicate a parking pass was required, so we did get a violation for parking in the garage without a sticker.
We stayed in the condo while in town for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo is well appointed with attractive and comfortable furnishings, and we spent hours with friends on the screened balcony. The unit is well maintained and clean, as is the entire resort property. We used the exercise equipment in the adjacent building several times, and the condo staff was helpful and attentive. Our son uses a wheelchair so the parking garage was a blessing; the unit is wheelchair friendly, though it couldn't be considered ADA accessible. We enjoyed the pool daily as well as trips to the local beaches. Downtown Ft. Myers is within walking distance, which was great! The owners were a pleasure to deal with, and promptly responded to questions before and during our stay; we appreciated dining suggestions as well. Our security deposit was returned promptly, and all administrative details were top notch. We hope to stay again in the future.
I recently stayed in this unit and was extremely pleased. The owner could not have been more helpful in making everything go smoothley. The unit is very nicely furnished, feels like home, or better. All 3 bedrooms have beuiatiful river views. The balcony overlooking the river is a great place to eat or just enjoy the view. Highly reccommend this unit.
