160m2 Penthouse with amazing view over Innsbruck and the mountain scenery
Bright and spacious two storey 160m2 Architect penthouse in Saggen, close to city center, the greenest district of the city. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center through the Hofgarten Park or along the River Inn directly to the Old City. The Living-room with a west-faced terrace- overlooking Innsbruck and Inntal-Valley to the West with a panoramic view to the mountains and a stunning view of the North-Chain mountain range with a sunset view in the year ,
The Penthouse is located in the 4th Floor and easy accessible with an Elevator. The rental area is 160 m2 and includes a very spacious living-dinning area (63m2) with a vintage Italian designer couch and 2 fauteuils - the living-dinning area with an open-plan kitchen is Directly connected to the west-faced terrace with an amazing panoramic view to the mountain scenery of Innsbruck. The height of the ceiling is 6 meters. Above the living room there is a 23m2 open living Gallery with a lounge area from fromWhere you have a view over to the mountain-scenery as well. The Gallery Lounge The Gallery Lounge can be used as a computer workplace or as an optional sleeping place as well (futon bed).
3 bedrooms (18m2 + 15m2 + 15m2) with 3 double beds-each of the sleeping rooms have access to an east-facing balcony.
In case it is a sunny day, you will see the sunset throughout the whole year from the living-dinning area. 2 bathrooms (10m2 + 3.5m2). Each of the 3 sleeping rooms have "sunrise" in the morning.
The kitchen is fully equipped - it has a fridge, oven, induction-stovetop, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, cookware and dinnerware. The penthouse is perfect for families or 1-7 people Internet and Cable TV is provided. Fresh towels and sheets are included. Washing machine is available.

Tramway comes every 5 minutes and takes 7 minutes to arrive in the city center. A Bakery, Coffee House and an original Italian restaurant ("Ristorante Vinoteca Rosengarten") and just a 2 min walk from the apartment. A traditional Tyrolean restaurant (tavern Lewisch) is a 4 min walk.
The Hungerburg cablecar station "Lion House" that brings you in a 7min-ride to the skiing-area Northern Chain / Nordpark- the snowboarder's Paradise- is just 600m away from the house.
Parking is possible in front of the house, one day parking ticket (9am - 7pm) costs € 7, parking from 7pm - 9am is free, Saturday and Sunday is free parking the whole day.
The City Tramway stop and a supermarket is right opposite the apartment: Tramway comes every 5 minutes and it takes 7 minutes to arrive in the city center.

Above the living room, a 23m2 large living gallery with
a lounge area, which can also be used as computer work.

Lovely spacious apartment with a great living/dining room and a fantastic view of the city
We had a great stay at this lovely apartment - the living room is very spacious as are the 3 big bedrooms. The kitchen is really well set up with a very good oven and excellent cookware,sharp knives etc.The tram across the road is convenient to get into the city although we happily walked a number of times.We were also able to park our rental vehicle right outside the apartment which was great.The supermarket across the road is very well stocked and had everything we needed.
The communication and check in were all very easy - altogether a great stay.
I had Josi Beamish stay in my flat for a few days . She was a wonderful guest - our communication prior to her arrival went really smoothly . I must say she took very good care of the apartment! Josi will always be welcome again
Incredible views in a quiet neighborhood, a perfect place to rest up after a long day.
It was hard to stop staring outside at the panoramic views while sitting inside the apartment. With 7 of us staying, it never felt crowded. When each person retreated to his or her respective rooms, the heavy bedroom doors quieted the conversation of the late night crowd. A great spot for a larger group in a relaxing atmosphere.
Great place for a family or several couples. Everything went without incident. Great location and views. Highly recommend.
A lovely apartment in a fantastic location.
The apartment is very nice and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Amazing views from all rooms and next to tram stops, shops and 10 mins walk to city centre. We had a great stay and the children loved it!
Great location, enough room, Cosy but modern
Alles ist reibungslos verlaufen. Empfehlenswert und werde auf jeden Fall nochmal dorthin fahren!
Perfect place to explore Innsbruck
This apartment is first class all the way. The apartment is modern, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. All the amenities are provided. The tram stop is right out the door and a great food market is across the street. Five adults stayed very comfortably. I highly recommend the Panoramic Penthouse.

Check-in Time: 3.15- 8pm Check out time : 11 am The House-manager Shaji +4368864845278 will expect you in conradstrasse 4 - when you arrive please ring the bell " WEISER" and wait in front of the door , you will be picked up within 2-3 minutes. please call (no sms) Shaji at least 1-2 hours in advance in case you are late with the check in. When you come home after 8pm please be quiet in the gangway when you wait for the elevator to come . Please separate the garbage , bins are in the courtyard next to the elevator ( if you don´t have lots of garbage you can leave it in the house as well ) very important : leave all empty Glass-bottles in the apartment or bring them to the Glass-container at Haydnplatz. thank you for you cooperation.Don´t put the empty bottles in the normal garbage in the courtyard. Check out : Please leave the keys on the table and close the door.
