Our newly remodeled unit is located at the Ram Sea I Condominium Complex located in North Redington Beach, Florida. The unit number is 208 and and is convienently located on the 2nd of five floors. It is an immaculate, beautifully furnished condo with nearly 1,000 sf of living area. The private balcony faces the beach and Gulf of Mexico and is literally only steps away from the white sandy beach and water.

The sunsets are breath taking and the view is one that is always amazing. It is conveniently located to shopping, sailing, fishing and family fun! Relax in the heated pool and Jacuzzi. Two barbecue picnic areas for your outdoor specialty. Enjoy the shade while sitting under the on-site Tiki huts or take a leisurely stroll on the beautiful beach only steps away from the unit.

We have rented as private owners and most of our guests are repeats. My wife and I pride ourselves on repeat rental relationships and ensure 'your home away from home' is a place that makes your vacation enjoyable.

My wife and I have owned this beautiful condominium since 1983. We have ensured the unit meets the immaculate criteria and standards for our family. We are both professionals; my wife worked as a computer analyst prior to her retirement and my background is in engineering with an environmental specialization.

Refundable damage deposit $200

The Winter season rentals include the months of January, February, and March. There is a one month minimum rental during these 3 months. A one week minimum rental applies to the remaining months - April through December and the weekly rates vary during this time period from a minimum of $850 per week to $1100 per week depending on the time of year / season.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
