Florida vacation

The location is in a very nice neighborhood and it is so easy to access the beach and shops from there. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone staying in the Venice area. The place was incredibly clean, cozy and the private pool perk is fantastic! The host was incredibly accommodating and kind.

Cute, comfortable and Charming!

This cute, comfortable and charming beach retreat was so relaxing! Simply walk out the back door to lounge chairs and a clean pool! It is close to Sharky's Restaurant and the beautiful Venice Fishing Pier. Our hosts Shannon and Randy had everything prepared. ( Beach towels, chairs, sunscreen , an umbrella and a big silver shovel for finding shark teeth!) Shannon and Randy are super friendly and they treated us like family members! From the Keurig coffee maker and coffee, fresh eggs for breakfast and a large inflated pool ring in the pool, they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable! They also have a miniature Dachshund named Duke that we fell in love ❤️ with! Thank you Shannon and Randy! We had a great trip and we will definitely be back again!

Very cute and welcoming

Overall very clean. For myself it was a convenient location to things I needed and only 8 minutes from Manasota key beach. Shannon was very nice and formal checking in with me often if there was anything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area. Sheets, and pillow cases are super soft. Bed was comfortable. She supplied some amenities I bought at the store without realizing it was included. Overall can’t complain! Very nice property
