These townhomes boast granite countertops and the finest finishes. Did I mention the barbeque on each lanai? The Guest Pool area has barbecues and a shady area to sit and enjoy a good book! Each unit has washer/dryer and stainless steel appliances. You can practice your swing at the two championship golf courses, or work on your tan at the beach. Lots to do for the whole family!

Have stayed in this condo more than once and definitely will come back again! Condo is well decorated, clean and completely stocked. The owners, Dennis and Cheryl, always respond quickly to your needs and are VERY accommodating! Highly recommend this property!!

Lovely Hawaiian Oasis!

Very comfortable, relaxing, quiet, and spacious. Beautiful pool and hottub. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Also beach chairs, beach umbrella came in very handy. The hosts Dennis and Cheryl and extremely attentive and are available at a second's notice by text for any need. This is a great location. Local grocery store and restaurants close by. Great little smoothie place. Can enjoy relaxing days w/o even leaving the immediate area: beach club, walks along the coast including beautiful fish ponds, golf where you get an amazing discount at the spectacular Mauna Lani course, the black sand beach (#49) is amazingly picturesque, great snorkeling at the beach club and black sand beach, the Napua at the beach club is a great restaurant (you can also just get smoothies there to enjoy at the beach). beach club also has equip to rent like snorkeling gear, standup paddle boards, etc. activities on the island I would highly recommend: Ride the Rim ATV tour at Waipio Valley (amazing guides give great short talks on culturual history, plus the ATVs are a blast; they make it easy for first time riders, and the views are spectacular!) and riding bicycles in to see the lava flow into the ocean from Kalapana (great tip from our hosts!). If you want a guide to take you in to see surface flows (an unbelievable experience!), see Lavaland Hawaii tours. The development where this condo is located is very tastefully done. not gaudy or commercial. We were glad to be staying there as opposed to the next develpment to the south w/ the Marriot, etc - very different feel w/ commercial and touristy develpment. The Mauna Lani area is really a treasure. Highly recommend!

Lovely property

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Dennis was very kind and accommodating. The townhouse is very comfortable and clean, and well stocked with beach toys. It is very close to the pool but not so close that you can hear it. The Fairmont Orchid is just a 10 minute walk away, for those attending meetings there. I recommend staying here.

Although things about the condo were not as I thought they should be when we got there, the owner and his wife responded to my call and rectified virtually all of my concerns personally. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Property - Well Managed

This is not the first time we have stayed in a property managed by this owner and it will not be the last. The Fairways is a beautiful, quiet, centrally located townhome which allows free reign to either explore the Big Island or "hit" the beaches/golf courses. It is quiet, the neighbours are friendly and the operators efficient, courteous and prompt in their response time for any queries or concerns. As seasoned travellers we would recommend this owners propertie(s) to one and all.

This is a beautiful property, finely appointed with Hawaiian décor, tucked into a peaceful and serene location. It is located on 2 levels and has 2 large bedrooms (plus a den!), a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, washer and dryer, and a peaceful lanai with a Viking BBQ to grill up that fresh catch!
