2023 Vacation

Overall the house was very nice. The pool heat was broken which was really no ones fault but was a bummer for the children. The property manager was hard to get ahold of and either didnt get back at all or hard to get answers from.

Ok Property

The house was very nice and spacious. I like that they provide items for infants(high chair, playpen). The pool was a nice size however there was a lot of broking screens that was suppose to cover the back pool area so there was bugs. The heated pool did not work when we got there, But the owner did let me know when we arrive, It took two days for the pool to actually be heated, I was promise a refund for the days(2) that we did not use the heated pool, but haven't received it yet. We came for Thanksgiving , so of course we would use a lot of the kitchen. Unfortunately, the pot and pan are out date and scrape up. Both Keurig machine were broke and the sink was leaking really bad. It made the whole counter wet each time you turn it on. The rooms were very nice. But the TV's keep going out in the middle of the shows because of wifi. We could not use the main shower up stairs because when you turn the water on the vent poured out water, literally poured. The response time for the host was not great at all. It would take her forever to respond to my message and answer her phone. I called and message her about the tv to see if we could watch the games on Thanksgiving because we could not get it to the local station and she never responding to me at all about it. Over all this property could be a great place; The local is perfect it just needs a little love, and attention and better communication from the host

Family Celebration

The property was excellent. It accommodated everyone in our party and more. The house is beautiful and very spacious. We appreciated that linens, trash bags and paper products were provided as well as many kitchen items. The beds were amazing. It would be nice to have a better understanding at check in of the technologies and the pool heater if you paid for it. Thanks for a great trip.

Vacation

The location was nice. Unfortunately we had difficulties with two TVs who actually three TVs that were not working and trying to get a hold of the proprietor was exasperating as I was not getting any answers back and they were not fixed until many days later and actually the one on the patio never did get fixed. The Wi-Fi was not working which made it very hard to even make phone calls. I was disappointed the house itself was a nice house also the jacuzzi that was supposed to be a part of it was not working either and that never did get fixed. I feel that we should have been given some kind of refund on this.

Very Beautiful

This is a very beautiful property. The host Shelia was very responsive. There was an issue of no gas. She informed me that we would be unable to use hot water ( stove) once we arrived. She assured us that the gas company would be there the following morning. Unfortunately, we had pre- purchased tickets to the theme park that next day. So, we were still unable to get the gas. The next day ( which was the 2nd day of our 3 days) the company was able to come in and restore the gas. The host was very accommodating and refunded us a portion of the money back. Thank you so much.
