This home has a wonderful open floor plan. There are vaulted ceilings throughout. You can socialize in the Great Room with friends and family while you enjoy the warmth of the large rock fireplace or watch movies on the 52' flat screen TV. You and your quests will love the over sized outdoor patio where you can have a BBQ and enjoy spectacular views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. You can watch the snow cats grooming the ski mountain as you soak in the hot tub after a great day of skiing.

Biking, hiking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing trails are just steps from your front door. There are many dog friendly hiking trails within steps of the property.
Three to Four Bedrooms:
The MASTER SUITE on the main level has a king bed in front of a gorgeous moss rock fireplace. Enjoy a hot bath after a day on the slopes in the over sized jetted tub while being surrounded by travertine marble. You will love the large flat screen TV over the fireplace where you can lay in bed and watch TV or enjoy some movies on the DVD. The master suite also has its own private patio through french doors.
There are 2 - 3 bedrooms located on the upper level: one has two twin beds and the other a king bed. Every bedroom has a TV with cable and we have a movie library. There is an additional 1 bedroom lock off apartment that can be rented. This will add another bedroom with a queen bed and another living space area with kitchenette and 4th bathroom.
The Great Room has 2 fold out queen sofas which provides additional sleeping for up to 4 more people.

I moved to Breckenridge over 15 years ago in an attempt to satisfy my overwhelming craving for world class powder skiing and fly fishing. I have not looked back. Breckenridge is such an amazing place with a variety of things to do all year round. It is a veritable playground!!! I am lucky to have chosen the rewarding profession of nursing which allowed me to run the Homecare and Hospice Agency in Summit County for over a decade.

The location of this property is fantastic!!! I can access miles of trails right from the house for cross country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking and road biking. I love being so close to town. I can walk the whole way to town via a sidewalk or take the free shuttle from right in front of the house. The shuttle will even take you up to the mountain for skiing, snowboarding, or mountain biking.
I love being so close to town but not right on main street. The view of horseshoe bowl from the Great Room window is stunning. Of course, the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom is one of my most favorite spots. So great after a hard day of hitting powder.....
This home was occupied by my wife and I along with our parents and dogs. One of our guests was disabled and is unable to climb stairs. This home was perfect with the main floor master suite and very open floor plan including large kitchen (and no stairs to get in/out the front or back). It even had a shower chair available for use by disabled persons.
The home was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, bath products and TVs in every room. It has a large, western-facing patio with a gas grill. This house sits in a quiet (when we stayed) neighborhood up the hill from town, VERY close proximity to the free town shuttle, and had a very clean, large, private hot tub. The available lock-off apartment was perfect to add another suite-style living space, as it was accessible from its separate entrance or from within the home near the other bedrooms. Walking trails are nearby to keep the dogs tired out.
We stayed two nights and couldn't have asked for a better time. Noreen was very helpful and very quick to respond to every one of our (several) inquiries. She was beyond accommodating. Whether it is one couple, a family, or a group of friends, I would recommend this rental to anybody looking to stay in Breckenridge without the commotion and price of downtown and on-peak rentals.
This will be the second time we have rented Noreen's home. We always have a relaxing time. The home is very beautiful, comfortable, well equipped and has great views.
We stayed 3 nights at Noreen's lovely breck home on a girls "spring weekend". This home was perfect for 6 women, the kitchen was lovely and well equipped, and the great room with fireplace was the perfect place to hang out, complete with ipod speakers and great lamps for ambiance. The beds were good, the bathrooms were spotless - and overall I think this is a GREAT rental for the price. We also loved the distance to town. a nice 8 minute walk. Not too far, but just far enough to feel like you got exercise. We even had a "pet" fox come visit us every time we were in the hot tub... Thank you Noreen! We will be back.
We stayed for a week thru July 4th. Can't say enough about our week and the house. Very comfortable for 11 in our group. (A must to have the extra room upstairs) We had a wonderful time and the house setting was great. Everything was provided in the house, really didn't need anything extra. Had a fox come up to the back door several times so that was a highlight for us. Easy access to town/shopping. We would love to come again and try a different season.
The wife and I decided to get away from Denver while our house was being renovated for a few days. Needless to say thing went awry, and Noreen graciously helped us out. Thanks Noreen! The house was incredible. We needed to bring our dogs with us and they had a blast playing off the back porch, and sleeping in the sun coming in the massive picture window in the living room overlooking Peaks 8 & 9. We cooked several meals in the kitchen which was well stocked. The house was in an almost perfect place in town. Just far enough away to make it very quiet, and close enough to be apart of town. The master was great and the bathroom was big enough for us all. This place would be great for family and friends for get together. The great room with the kitchen and eating area would be great for congregating. We will be back to the great house under different circumstances, and hopefully during ski season. I would love to see what the view is from the great room would be with the mountains covered.
This house was fantastic. The location was great, close to the town square but still far enough out to be away from all the people. The house was beautiful, the kitchen very modern with all the amenities needed. The master bedroom and bath were also high quality. The entire house was just great. I would highly recommend it.
