Starting with a walk through the picket fence gate and along the brick walkway to the welcoming front porch. Inside, a cozy living room welcomes you to relax and unwind. Spacious eat-in kitchen with all of the utensils needed to make a meal. Huge fenced in yard for your 4-legged family members. Full size washer/dryer completes this home away from home.

Great house, quiet neighborhood, wonderful location

A wonderfully quaint and clean early 20th century home that is located in a quiet neighborhood, within easy walking distance of downtown Landrum and a great nearby park. Good online communication with the owner who was also very affirming of us bringing our two small dogs (who enjoyed the spacious fenced backyard!). We enjoyed using the property as home base for daily trips to nearby hiking trails and apple picking. We would heartily recommend this rental property!
