Canterbury Cottage- Experience East Austin in this adorable modern cottage with excellent offerings for our guests! Dogs welcome!

This adorable stand-alone guest house with a private driveway and entry has hosted many guests with raving reviews! The perfect location and perfect accommodation in one of the greatest cities. The cottage features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a sleeper sofa (new comfy mattress) in the living room, a generously-sized kitchen with everything you need to cook or bake on your getaway, a designated dining area, and two living areas, so there is plenty of space to stretch out with lots of natural light. We supply you with all soap, shampoo, conditioner, a few laundry and dishwasher pods, soft towels, and plush bedding!! The funky Austin artwork provides the perfect atmosphere for you to take part in an ultimate Austin getaway!

In addition to this amazing house, you get an easy experience from start to finish when you book with us (A Stay Above The Rest). We have an incredible team you can call, email, and even TEXT(!) who regularly get called out by name in our homes' reviews. We are available 24/7 for our guests. There are also no keys- you get your very own door code that will only work for the duration of your stay with our smart locks for extra security and peace of mind. We also provide a detailed property and destination guide for each property with things we like to do, eat, info on the house, and more! Clean, Convenient, and Responsive

We loved our stay - the place was clean, quite, and easy to access. The neighborhood is central with great restaurants nearby, and is about half a mile to river so for anyone who enjoys running, this is a great place to and easily get to Town/Lady Bird Lake. The hosts were very responsive.

Christmas visit to see the grandkids

We selected this property due to its proximity to our grandkids. The casita is located in a nice neighborhood with good access to downtown, the amenities in the E. 7th St area, and the lake. It's right on the 322 bus line. The casita was clean, modern, roomy, and nicely appointed with plenty of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The kitchen has everything you need and there were two nice sitting rooms, one with a TV and one with a laundry. The bedroom was comfortable with a nice en-suite bathroom. The casita is made available by a property management company this is separate from VRBO. This turned out to be a benefit. They were very responsive to some simple questions we had and replaced a broken coffee maker in a matter of hours. We'd definitely stay here again.

Cute place with a great location!

My boyfriend and I were in town for a music festival and this was the perfect place to stay! It is so cute and cozy and within walking distance of all the music venues we went to! We would definitely book again in the future!
