Craving relaxation? Welcome to this fantastic 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom gem that boasts a wonderful open floor plan with lots of natural light and a backyard oasis you won't want to leave.

This home includes everything you need for a well-equipped stay with a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, blender, coffee maker, and washer and dryer. The living room has a 65” smart TV and a large, comfortable couch, perfect for movie night! The backyard features an inviting seating area with a fire pit table, a BBQ, a large outdoor dining table, cornhole, bocce ball, and a serene, solar-heated pool. We also provide pool towels, a variety of indoor/outdoor family games, a children's playpen, a high chair, and a stroller. The house offers ample parking with room to easily park two boats. You can also shade your car in the air-conditioned, two-car garage.

*Please note: RV garage space isn't available for use. **Reservations require guests to be 25 or older .A gorgeous place to visit!

Affordable cute house

For the price, it was a nice stay. The pool was warm the very first day, but after that it was normal temp, so it's not always heated. The pool is a little small, but it works well for smaller children, because it's only about 5 ft deep. And half of the pool is taken by large steps going into the pool. The back yard was very nice and had plush fake grass off to the side. They offer a lot of outside toys for the kids too. I like that they let us use the garage. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. There's also extra sleeping space with the pull out bed, in the couch. We had our kids sleep in the living room because their room didnt have a TV. Neither does the other guest room. They supply a decent brand of shampoo/ conditioner and body wash. They supply 3 towels in the master room and 4 in the regular bathroom. The kitchen is big and pretty well stocked, but didn't have a potato masher 😉. Check above the fridge for the instapot! The kitchen table is amazing. The fridge was large and accommodated a large family, but don't use all the frozen ice balls in one night! Once they're gone, you'll never get anymore. 😄 The stove is electric, so if you're used to gas, be prepared for cooking to take a while. They didn't supply any cleaning supplies to wipe down the kitchen counters and stove, so we had to buy our own wipes, and they only give you 3 laundry tablets, so you might want to bring your own detergent if you plan on swimming a lot. We mainly just put them in the dryer so that they were somewhat fresh. Luckily we brought our own, but they do supply some extra towels (left by other guests) in the garage. We also had 2 surprise visitors during our stay. One guy with a child came to take the recycling to the curb (that one didn't make sense) and the other was the pool guy. Over all, it's a nice house and modern, kind of small and doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but definitely worth the price. I'd consider staying there again if it was just my family, it's not big enough for 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids).

No unregistered guests!!! The guest making the reservation must be present. No one under age of 18 should be left at the home at any time. No smoking, no vapes, no cannabis!!
Please bag all trash and use the trash cans provided. Before checking out place all your bagged trash in the large can in the garage or next to the home, if your home has a dumpster in the parking lot, please place your trash there.
DO NOT PLACE ROCKS NEAR OR IN THE POOL
Please remove your shoes while in the home, recreation gear should be left in the garage or outdoors.
UPON DEPARTURE
Please leave used beds unmade, dispose of trash in cans provided, close and lock windows and doors, please set AC to 85 degrees.
Return any important items to there original location (keys, remotes etc.)
Make sure the vacuum is attached, plugged in and in the pool, If applicable
Double check that you have gathered all your belongings. We are unable to mail them back to you if forgotten.
