My family and I were so pleased with this beautiful suite with king beds & 4 baths.
This suite is beautiful, comfortable & well appointed. The young adults particularly enjoyed the hot tub on the deck with the great views. All the skiers particularly loved the easy access to Aloha ski rental, lockers, & slopes. The general store and shops are all a short walk from the suite. I loved having everyone on one floor since I was helping to watch little ones too young to ski. They loved playing in the snow in the common area in back of the Weston. The only inconvenience was that the only tub was a large hot tub in one of the rooms. We all agreed that we would stay there again, though. Thank you for a wonderfully memorable stay!
First Time to Utah!
A group of college graduates with children hit the lodge and had a great time! The sprawling accomodations and friendly staff provided us everything we needed for hitting the slopes!
Truly Fantastic. This turned out to be the ideal location to call our home away from home for my father's 70th birthday trip. We had 4 families from 3 different cities arriving and we couldn't have found a better accommodation. This was perfect for the 6 kids, two of them 1 year olds. The resort was beautiful with fantastic amenities. There was a fully functioning kitchen thus we were able to make breakfast each morning but the resort provided free shuttle service to downtown and also included a wonderful selection of restaurants on site.
There were 2 swimming pools for us to choose from and also 1 tennis court. The hot top on the patio was of course the favorite for the kiddos.
Darrell and Co. were easy to work with. But we really didn't have any extra demands.
Overall a wonderful place. Thank you so much for making our stay perfect.
Even Better than expected!
This truly is a Presidential Suite and it far exceeded our expectations. We were 2 couples with 4 teenagers and it was perfect. The secondary bedrooms with kitchenettes were so nice that the couples actually took these and let the teenagers have the 2 Master suites. Every room is very nicely furnished. I'm very particular about mattresses and bedding - after all, that is one of the main reasons you need a room - and I was thoroghly impressed. There were plenty of nice pillows and bedding for all. We slept very well!
The only negative for us is that you do a whole lot of walking to get anywhere in the resort. The layout of the hotel is very confusing and you have to take multiple elevators to get almost anywhere. The ski valet is very nice and they will take your skis out to the gondola for you. However, you still have to walk a lot in your ski boots to get there. The storage lockers for your ski boots is on a different floor than the ski concierge, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Overall, it is very nice but I've definitely been spoiled by better ski in/ski out places.
The view from the balcony of the Suite is simply amazing. We sat in the hot tub with a glass of wine every afternoon after skiing - Definitely one of my favorite parts.
I was in town for a business trip with a fairly large crew and this suite was amazing, the separate mini units with their own kitchenettes and bathrooms made sharing space with a large group very easy. I'd recommend this to anyone unless I need it again... then you should find something else haha.
There were five of us traveling for business and the the rooms offered exceptional privacy for all of us. It was nice that two of the four rooms had kitchenettes. Magnificent sunrise views. Very well equipped with what you need to cook in the kitchen.
We really enjoyed the amenities of the resort as well. The Edge steakhouse is highly recommended. Great pizzas and beer at the Drafts. We would definitely come again and stay at this penthouse!
