Solar-powered holiday house in an old hamlet called Sanalvò. Primeval quiet surroundings at the end of a private road with a view of the surrounding mountains. 75 sqm plus 4 square meters "Gallery", 2 large bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom, terraces.
The garden is our pride, it adorn him with another two 750-year-old olive trees, more almonds, Bird of Paradise, Bouganville, various palms. He is very shady. For relaxation, you can hang the hammock or use the existing beds. For the terraces there are wooden chairs and wooden table or Ceramic / steel table (no plastic!). At one olive tree there is a swing and a tree house. The house is situated so that children can play safely outside. In the evening it is really quiet. There are sheep, dogs, cats and pigs (the latter free-roaming in the enclosure next door, about 4 - 8 animals on 4000 square meters of land, separated by a stone wall, they may be fed with the bio-waste leftovers. You do not smell because they are of course kept). On the ground there are a small grill that can be operated all year round by fire safety requirements, a large open grill (not in the summer months of July and August) and a pizza oven.
The kitchen is equipped with many cooking utensils, d. H. Pots, pans, a lot of dishes (far beyond the normal of a holiday apartment). Both bedrooms offer ample space (and cupboards). There are numerous board games and books to borrow, even the bathroom is a good size (12 square meters). In the front bedroom there is a double bed (beds can also be put individually) and a child cot (up to 4 years). In the rear bedroom has a double bunk bed (gallery, 2x2m) and a normal pull-out sofa bed for 2 adults, if desired.
Bedding is available, bed linen and towels can be rented by arrangement.
Since our previous property management unexpectedly withdraws from our business in May 2019, we are currently only making leases where the tenants may agree to take over the final cleaning themselves. In this case, there are of course no fees. Of course, we strive for a new property management.
The house is located between Olbia and San Teodoro. 4.6 km away from the coastal road, at 160 m above sea level From Olbia with its ferry and the airport is just 20 minutes to the house. The house is solar powered! Ie. That the water is heated to a collector. The shower and washing water is always more than enough hot in the summer months, in April / May / October, it can mean in bad weather conditions, the afternoon / evening the best time to shower (when the collector enough time to warm up had). In very bad weather, the water can also stay cold. The power supply takes place via solar panels. We have an inverter in the house. With this even 230 volts can be generated. Otherwise, the house is designed for 12 volts. The charge of mobile devices such as batteries for mobile phones, laptops, cameras can be done with a car adapter for the car or by the switching of the inverter (normal switch) with normal chargers. It can no devices operate over 400 watts (hairdryer, Electr. Shaver when more than 400 watts) !!!! Our home is much cheaper than houses in the area due to these restrictions. We ask to respect this relationship and to be seen as a part of the lease (No reason for complaint, since it is known). We have the same reasons no washing machine.
