ABOUT THE CONDO

The spacious, open kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances, and turquoise tile work creates a sophisticated beach vibe. Whip up breakfast, prepare a beach picnic, or plan a seafood feast. Up to eight can gather at the dining table.

Unwind on the sectional sofa (which converts to a queen sleeper). Watch favorite shows on the 60” cable TV.

BED & BATH

A main-level kid’s room has a twin-over-full bunk bed, twin trundle, and 30” TV. A bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located adjacent.

The master retreat has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and furnished patio. The en-suite bathroom has a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

On the second level, you’ll find the third bedroom with a king bed, 40” TV, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower.

An open bonus sleeping loft has a built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a 40” TV. A bathroom right next door has a dual vanity and tub/shower combination.

Relax on the furnished balcony with a glass of wine and Gulf views.

Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services.

For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.

The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
