About the property

In the spacious outdoor area features a nice swimming pool (12 m x 6 m, fenced and heated) with sun loungers, a large covered terrace with views, a well-kept garden and a petanque court. The terrace is equipped with dining table, barbecue (wood and electric) and kicker; it connects directly to the kitchen.

Large glass windows flood every room of this ground-level holiday home with light and give a clear view to the beautiful garden. The kitchen is well equipped: electric oven, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, food processor. In the extension, you will find the spacious and bright living / dining room (50 m2) with fireplace.

A hallway leads to the sleeping area. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 cm) and has a private bathroom and a separate toilet. A second bedroom contains two single beds (90 cm, which can be pushed together). The study is furnished with a sofa and satellite TV and offers a sleeping mezzanine (mattress 140 cm). Furthermore there is a bathroom with a toilet, a shower, a separate toilet and a laundry room (washer and dryer). In a charming small outbuilding in stone are the third bedroom (double bed 160 cm, fireplace) and a bathroom with shower.

Vehicles can be parked in front of the house. Wireless internet is available. First shopping can be done in about 1 km away. First supermarket 10 km. Pets are not allowed.
