Sawgrass is a large 5 bedroom 3 bath home in beautiful Morgantown, a beachfront resort community. This property offers great views from its multiple levels of covered decks. While not beach front this home is so close to the water's edge that you can hear the waves crashing onto the shore on most days. The home is very modern and offers spacious rooms and deck areas. Morgantown features two community pools, two light tennis courts in good condition, great community roads for walking or biking, and of course private community beach access. Sawgrass sleeps 16.

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older to reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.

Oh my gosh, we really had a relaxing and wonderful time. Sawgrass is beautiful and the location to the beach was perfect. We did go to the pool and realized it was drained down and then we realized when we were leaving out that there was a second pool. I do want to inform you that the center railing on the outside deck is very loose. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The Harris Property Team and Sawgrass filled every expectation and more. "Just perfection in every way!!!" This was our first Christmas on the beach and it was joyful and blessed. The house felt like home the minute I walked through the front door. Large rooms, clean, well-maintained, very comfortable, great wrap around decks, gorgeous views of the Gulf & just a very short walk and your toes are in the sand. In a very quiet and friendly neighborhood where everybody waves and says Good Morning. And of course Sawgrass is PET FRIENDLY!! The Blue Angels practiced outside the house everyday for 2 weeks which was so exciting. I felt like they were giving my family our own personal air show. The Harris Properties team is extraordinary. Professional, friendly, courteous, helpful in every way and went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay perfect. Lenetta Martin made me feel like family and Brian Harris President/CEO took time out of his busy schedule to call to say hello and thank you. Wow, this does not usually happen in this day and time!! I was very, very impressed!! Many, Many, Many Thanks to Harris Properties for Christmas Memories my family and I will never forget!! PERFECTION EXPECTED, PERFECTION ACHIEVED!!!!!!!!!!!
My extended family met here over the Thanksgiving holiday and it suited our varied needs perfectly. The layout if the house is very functional and "smart". It does have a small kitchen, which didn't bother us at all, even wih preparing Thanksgiving meals. The location is lovely, especially for a house that sits one small road off the beach. The view is excellent. Large decks for outside living, large bedrooms and loving area. The beach area is beautiful and not highly trafficked. Beach access is close. Overall we had an excellent experience.
A well-kept, pet friendly property that was close to the beach and had at least one good-sized pool nearby were some of the requirements for our Family vacation this year. Sawgrass definitely delivered and Morgantown is a beautiful community! The home was large enough for nine people and four dogs, was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Easy walking distance to either of the two pools and to the beach.
There was a problem with the microwave during our stay and the friendly and helpful Harris Team was quick to get it resolved. It's obvious that the owners care about the property and the property management company cares about its customers; this goes a long way toward repeat business and positive recommendations.
Would definitely recommend renting this property and will definitely consider staying here again.
One suggestion to consider: have at least a small TV available in the room with the bunk beds.
This was my family's first time in Gulf Shores and we absolutely loved it. Sawgrass was an awesome stay and Elizabeth w/ Harris Properties was very helpful. She really came through for us after making reservations with another company and being misquoted on our rental only to be told we could not have the condo we wanted. THANK YOU, IS ALL I CAN SAY because we ended up finding Sawgrass at the very last minute and it was available. The house was clean and very accommodating, only downfall is that my family and I cooked every meal and Sawgrass only offered one set of pots. If you plan on cooking all meals, take extra pots. We loved Gulf Shores so much we plan on returning next year and to Sawgrass if its available. Thank you Elizabeth for all of your help. I would definitely recommend Sawgrass to anyone looking for a beautiful beach home without having to break the bank. The pictures don't begin to do the listing justice, the property was amazing.
This was the first time my family ever stayed in the fort morgan area. MorganTown was wonderful. It was only 15 minutes from go-carts and the track which was great for the kids and was out of all the traffic which we enjoyed. Sawgrass was clean and roomy for the whole family. we stayed right across the rd from the beach but i could see dolphins following the shrimp boat one morning. My family can't wait to go back. We are definately gonna stay here again!
