Sawgrass is a large 5 bedroom 3 bath home in beautiful Morgantown, a beachfront resort community. This property offers great views from its multiple levels of covered decks. While not beach front this home is so close to the water's edge that you can hear the waves crashing onto the shore on most days. The home is very modern and offers spacious rooms and deck areas. Morgantown features two community pools, two light tennis courts in good condition, great community roads for walking or biking, and of course private community beach access. Sawgrass sleeps 16.

Hello Mr. Harris,

Oh my gosh, we really had a relaxing and wonderful time. Sawgrass is beautiful and the location to the beach was perfect. We did go to the pool and realized it was drained down and then we realized when we were leaving out that there was a second pool. I do want to inform you that the center railing on the outside deck is very loose. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The best stay I have ever had.

We had 15 people ranging in age from 8 months to 67 years, and everyone was comfortable. Beach access was wonderful. I will rent this unit again. My favorite part was the dining room table that we could all get around and enjoy meals together. Kitchen was very sparsely stocked, but we probably cooked more than most would. Overall the stay was wonderful!!

Nice getaway

Nice condo for a family get together, easy access to the beach, you will need to bring extra towels, paper goods and garbage bags. All the floors creak so forget about it being quite, could use some new carpet in the bedrooms as they are all stained, some paint repairs above all the tub/showers due to the paint peeling off allowing for mold and some additional maintenance on the electrical outlets, some didn’t work and some didn’t have face plates... the beds are okay but the bunk beds are not... with all of this being said we had 7 adults and 3 children and had room to move around

Great family-friendly getaway

We took four adults and four kids to Sawgrass during Fall Break. We loved the split-level bedrooms and baths. Our kids had their own rooms downstairs and the adults slept in peace upstairs.

We were across the street from the beach and down the road from two huge swimming pools, so when the weather was too chilly for the gulf we swam in the pools.

The pet-friendliness saved us the added expense of boarding our dogs. I was glad we brought leashes to walk them since lots of other families were out walking their dogs in the morning as well.

We called the property owners once (I couldn't find the Wi-Fi password) and the owner answered the call and got me the info immediately.

Barely average accommodations , Great location to the beach

Good location away from the hussle of the tourist quagmire, if you looking for average accommodation this place is for you. It was comfortable for our family, 8 adults and 2 small children, the kitchen is small maybe 6×10 ,refrigerator had broken shelves, had to relocate light bulbs so we had some working lights in all the rooms ,had to piece together equipment to have at least one working DVD player, had to place a mattress and box spring directly on the floor in one of the bedrooms because the frame was so badly broken you couldn't use it. Most of the 25% of the outdoor furniture needs to be thrown away. I had to clean out two of the p traps so the sinks would drain. I gave 3 stars because my family enjoyed their stay and the location was good. If you use this place don't expect above average other than location to the beach.

Needs improvement! Very sparse.

Pros: Great location to the beach. There was a boardwalk recently built right in front of the house, so very good access. Nice big front porch to sit on/kids to play on. Dining room table fits a large group. Also, all bedrooms are nicely sized.

Cons: Very, very sparse. Kitchen has BARE MINIMUM dishes/cups/utensils etc. Considering the house sleeps so many people, you would think it would have enough dishes for everyone. However, that was not the case. Also, the fridge basically has ZERO shelves in the door. Only one was in it and was broken - could not hold anything. In the main part of the fridge, also missing two shelves. Again, considering the number of people the house holds - not enough fridge shelf space to store all the food needed for our family. My husband and I were in the master bedroom and BEWARE of the bed. It is EXTREMELY noisy. It is not just the mattress, it is the foundation/box springs as well. If you move ANY at all, you will wake up. I'm not talking just a small squeak, it is VERY loud. Considering we had our 3 month old sleeping in the room with us in a pack n play - getting in and out of the bed woke her up the whole week. Very frustrating! Not to mention the sinking part of the bed that was very, very uncomfortable. Also, the TV/internet is very glitchy and poor quality. If anyone was on an iPad for example, the tv would start flickering in/out. Lastly, the house as a whole was just very sparse. Not homey. Things that are usually in beach rentals such as hangers in closets, extra linens, a few beach toys, games, blankets, a hair dryer or two, minimal cleaning supplies for example - NONE of that was there. Honestly, not one extra blanket or hanger for example in the entire house. It is 100% empty minus a few dishes, towels, and sheets on the bed. Lastly, the house is very noisy. We had several toddlers in our group and just with the layout of the house, you can hear everything going on downstairs in the upstairs bedroom. It's just the way the house is built.

*** BEWARE *** Needs a lot of work. I'm very disappointed

Every bed in this place needs replacing. They all squeak and sink in. Sleeping is almost impossible. The carpet in the master needs replacing. It was so bad, I would'nt walk on it barefoot. Unable to open 2 of the doors that led outside because the door knobs were broken. The stairs and 2nd floor squeak so bad the ones on the 1st floor was unable to rest until everyone was in bed. WiFi did not work. I had 3 college students with our group and they had to take turns using the one cable we had available to connect and do assignments. The yard was full of old dog waste, glass, and trash. Very nasty!!! I was very worried my dog was going to catch something from walking around. There is so much more wrong with this place. If you decide to stay here you may want to confirm that some updates have been done. If not, I wish you luck.

I gave 2 stars because the only good points I found are location and beach access.
