This property is one of the best Ski-in/Ski-out locations in Breckenridge.
This is a very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for a large family or multiple families traveling together. I love watching the skiers go by in the winter and the views of Baldy Mountain in the summer while sitting on the deck or in the hot tub.
We found this house very comfortable and the ski in-out was awesome. Even our 5 year old was able to ski in and out, actually right up to the back door with ease.
All was well. The location was perfect. Great proximity to Main Street as well as the river and trails. Loved it!
We had such a great time in Breck and the unit was the perfect place for our group! Had a slight problem with the key pad garage door opener, but the property manager was there quickly and had it all fixed up and good to go. We found the kitchen to be very well stocked too. Awesome trip!
We loved our stay at Pines 101. The ski-in/ski-out was amazing. The unit is beautiful and suited our group well with the 2 floors. We also enjoyed the hot tub each day. Specifically, we really appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was. We found everything we needed. During March Madness, we also loved the high quality TV viewing of our favorite teams! We would definitely stay here again.
The property worked out really well! We all really enjoyed it and will likely come back again. The ski-in/ski-out was easy and convenient. We ate in for the most part to avoid the crowds and with the well-stocked kitchen, it worked well. Only suggestion would be some more hanging hooks for ski clothes and some stronger hangers in the closets. All in all, great stay!
We really loved the location. Our family rented bikes for the whole two weeks we were there and it was so easy to get back and forth to town that way. We also had our dog with us and it was easy to get her out for exercise with the slopes out the backdoor. Upon arrival, we were pleased to find the home well equipped with some dish soap and various other accoutrements that made it easy for us to adjust and get settled. The fireplace was also wonderful--gas fireplace that was usable all year round. We loved having it on at night when things cooled down quite a bit. The service at Resort Town Lodging was phenomenal! Mark and his team were easy to work with and helped get everything squared away in a timely manner. Looking forward to coming back for a full month next summer!
Great place to rent in Breckenridge. Plenty of room for 2 families to share. Good location. Short drive to town. Property well maintained. House included all the necessary supplies to cook. Well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Would definitely stay there again.
Awesome ski-in/ski-out location. This townhome is on the Four o'Clock ski run. Perfect for skiers of all abilities. In the summer, walk to town via the Four O'Clock ski run, about 10 minutes.
