This is a very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for a large family or multiple families traveling together. I love watching the skiers go by in the winter and the views of Baldy Mountain in the summer while sitting on the deck or in the hot tub.
We found this house very comfortable and the ski in-out was awesome. Even our 5 year old was able to ski in and out, actually right up to the back door with ease.
We had a great Friendsgiving stay at the house! We didn't ski because there wasn't much snow and only a few runs open but it will make a great location when there is more snow! We watched a lot of football in the basement, HUGE TV!! We all agreed we would book again!!
We really enjoyed our stay at Tall Pines. We had a nice long weekend trip with a group of grad school friends. It was enough space to accomodate us all, but had a homey, cozy feel. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few big meals, the heated garage was great, and the house was very easy to get to by car. The rental company was very accurate on the description of how you ski in/ski out and we were very satisfied. You don't hop out onto the slope and ski down but there is an easily accessible green run that takes you to a lift where you have to take off your skis and walk up about 25 feet. No big deal and at the end of the day ski right back straight to the house. It was also nice to have the futon and sleeper sofas in addition to the bedrooms because it gave plenty of room to spread out. Overall a fantastic stay, very accurate description and pictures of everything, very clean, and effort free check in and out. Thanks!

We had such a great time in Breck and the unit was the perfect place for our group! Had a slight problem with the key pad garage door opener, but the property manager was there quickly and had it all fixed up and good to go. We found the kitchen to be very well stocked too. Awesome trip!
Awesome ski-in/ski-out location. This townhome is on the Four o'Clock ski run. Perfect for skiers of all abilities. In the summer, walk to town via the Four O'Clock ski run, about 10 minutes.
