This beautiful lake front condo is in prestigious Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club, which is a gated community with security entrances and a 24 hr guard. From your tranquil back lanai you overlook a small, quiet lake which surrounds the signature 13th hole at this private club. Your rental includes a membership transfer package. The one time charge of $200 ($50 from May to October) entitles you to full use of all club facilities for the entire length of your stay. With your paid membership, cart fees are $21.00 and green fees are $15.00-$36.00 per round (depending on season). The Azinger/Lewis designed 18-hole championship Golf Course is quite challenging, and was completely renovated in the summer of 2017. The golf course includes an over-water driving range, sand & chipping area and putting green.
Also included in your membership is the full use of the 4 Har Tru tennis courts (floodlit) with active tennis sessions and regular coaching by the Heritage Oaks tennis pro. Lessons are available either individually or at the twice weekly clinics. Both golf and tennis weekly competitions are arranged along with leagues for men, women and couples. Five swimming pools are available with the closest within 200 yards of the condo. An air conditioned and well equipped gym is available at the clubhouse, with a weekly schedule of classes for all. Other entertainment includes cards, bingo and a range of evening dinners with live music. The 19th Hole Bar and Grill provides a sophisticated, casual atmosphere as an alternative to the formal dining room.
Spotlessly clean and recently redecorated, our condo is completely stocked with all the conveniences of home. Each room is clean and very well maintained. There is a vast amount of storage where you will find everything you need to make this your home away from home. The master bedroom suite includes two large walk-in closets, and a large master bath which has a walk in shower and a convenient vanity sitting area. The dining table will comfortably seat six with a convenient serving bar for relaxing and for entertaining your guests. Your kitchen dinette has a lovely view of the front gardens and lanai. Both screened lanais are comfortably furnished for your relaxation. In addition there are beach chairs, a cooler and swim floats for your convenience.

We are a part of the new generation of Grandparents; youthful, active, outgoing, and loving life. We share common interests with other couples that we have met at Heritage Oaks. Our love of golf, bicycling, nature walks, cards and board games, and ballroom dancing can all be found right here 365 days of the year! It is a little slice of heaven. We love to have our children, grandkids, and friends come for a visit. It is always a grand time and they can't wait to return. Warm sunshine, sand between our toes, walks along the beach; when we are in Florida we feel more vibrant and have a greater sense of well being! \

You will see a variety of birds, deer, and horses grazing in their pastures. Our community has it all, convenience and serenity!

Our condo is situated directly in front of a small lake and the golf course. Facing east, the morning sun greets you with warmth and purpose. The tranquil setting for that 1st cup of coffee on the back lanai is breathtaking. The furniture and warm colors selected to decorate the condo blend a cheerful, casual elegance with a no fuss easy to maintain atmosphere. The front entrance gardens are magnificent and are well maintained. The private pool is spotless and in a beautiful setting. There are always others sunbathing, walking or engaging in activities. You need never to feel alone. Our condo offers the luxury of having it all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this marvelous Condo. The owners were very easy to work with.The grounds and recently renovated golf course are beautiful, and the community is very comfortable and friendly. The clubhouse grill is warm and inviting and the food is excellent.
Excellent Sarasota Location
Just ended a 2 month stay at this property. We moved from the northeast and lived here while we located/closed on a permanent home. What a great property!!! It is extremely well appointed and clean with a magnificent lake and golf course view from the 1st floor screened lanai. Lots of wildlife to watch....including some 'birdies' (unfortunately, not mine)! Friendly neighbors also abound at the pool and the club house. Close to the beach, all the amenities of the area and local shopping and restaurants. Condo is located on a great golf course with a full service club house facility featuring reasonably priced and good meals/beverages. Wish we had found it 5 years ago when we started 'snowbirding'. We could not have asked for anything more during our stay here. It was perfect and the best FL furnished rental we have ever experienced.

Rates will be discounted for rentals of three months or more from November through May. The quotable rate may be slightly different from actual due to the way VRBO/Homeaway calculates the quote. If using a US issued credit card for payment there will be an additional 3% fee. For international cards the fee is an additional 5%. Cancellation Policy: All monies paid under this lease (other than the Security Deposit) are nonrefundable unless Landlord receives written notification of intent to cancel at least 120 days prior to the Commencement Date. The owner strongly suggests that prospective tenants purchase vacation insurance covering medical reasons for cancellation.
