Upstairs you’ll find private laundry facilities; a spacious master bedroom with queen bed, skylight, 26" flat screen TV, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with tile shower and heated floor; a second bedroom with queen bed; and bathroom with shower/tub and heated floors. Top-of-the-line linens include thick bath towels, goose down duvets and luxury sheets.
The home is very centrally located on a beautiful quiet tree-lined street. It is just steps from major bus routes along Broadway, Fourth Avenue, Burrard and Granville Street where you can catch public transport to just about anywhere in the city.
Trendy shopping areas of South Granville and Fourth Avenue are just a 5 minute walk, and Kits beach, Granville Island and Robson Street are less than 20 minutes by foot and a few minutes by car. Stanley Park is a 10 minute car ride. Some of the cities best restaurants are located within walking distance. There are a number of amazing kids parks as well as a water park less than a 5 minute walk away.

This townhouse was not built as a vacation rental but as my home. In the middle of building I met my husband, and now spend equal time in two cities. When I am not in Vancouver, I rent it out. I devoted 100s of hours scouring shops to find just the right pieces. I hope you like it as much as I do!

Lovely, quiet home in convenient location
This is a lovely holiday rental, more a home from home. It's furnished with warm, homely touches and big enough to sleep four people comfortably (five would be a squeeze). It's well run, very well cared for and the neighbours are all friendly and welcoming. It's convenient for Kits (if a little off-pitch for the beach), Granville Island and downtown and in a leafy, quiet road away from the main hustle and bustle. We had a great time and will rent it again when we return to Vancouver.
A Vancouver Gem
My family and I loved staying in this traditional Vancouver style home on a peaceful tree-lined street. Completely refurbished and redecorated, this home is functional as well as beautiful. There are wonderful style and artistic choices all around the home, that make it a pleasure to live in. Of course most of the time of the holiday we were out and about, but loved returning to our 'slice of heaven' accommodation. The beds and linen are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is top notch, and the lounge area is comfortable and relaxing. The central location is terrific - we made use of the proximity to walk or bus places, as well as a designated parking space. Being close to Burrard St, there is the usual traffic noise that can be expected of a central location that can be noticeable at night (i am pretty sensitive to noise though). The front bedroom has windows that are completely sound-proof, which is terrific. In the master bedroom the noise is minimal due to the position at the back of the house - and so was not at a disruptive level at all at night with the doors/windows open. We have already recommended the home to our friends if they have out of town visitors, and hope to have the opportunity to return one day as well. The property manager, Lesley, was efficient and accommodating. All in all, a 5 star stay. Thank you -

Lovely stay close to South Granville
The house was wonderful and the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Perfect location for shopping on South Granville, Granville Island Public Market and just generally being a tourist.
The Modage was a great choice for our stay in Vancouver. There was plenty of space for us (two couples), it was very well appointed and in wonderful condition. The neighborhood itself was also lovely. We enjoyed using the gas fireplace for some really cool (low 40's) evenings. It was conveniently located to bus stops and it was very easy to get downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional person is $25 per night. Stays over 30 days but less than an additional month are charged at $265 per night.
