The private pool is accessed from the first level of this home and is surrounded by a privacy fence. There is a first-floor refrigerator located right inside the home entrance, making it easy for guests to grab poolside snacks and drinks.

The second level of this vacation home was designed with comfort in mind. The first three bedrooms are located on this level and include a queen/queen bunk room, a queen room, and a king suite. The queen over queen bunk features flat-screen TVs on both the top and bottom bunk, allowing for individual entertainment. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and private balcony access with views of the pool. The third bedroom, a king suite, is spacious and comfortable. This suite offers guests a queen sleeper sofa and an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and a separate shower. There is plenty of space for belongings in the walk-in closet and delightful views from the private balcony. For convenience, the laundry center is also located on the second level.

The main living areas are located on the third level of the home and offer a spacious open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. These spaces provide views of glimmering Emerald water and access to the third-level balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for five, a dining table with seating for 8, and another dining nook that can seat 5-6. This is the perfect spot to enjoy dining with a view. Enjoy movie night in the living room where two sofas and a sofa chair are located in front of a flat-screen TV. Additionally, another queen over queen bunk room with individual flat screen TV's for each bed is located on this level, along with a shared bathroom that includes a shower.

The final bedroom and full, private bathroom has the entire fourth floor to itself. As guests walk up the stairs, they are welcomed to an abundance of sunlight through magnificent windows covering two of the bedroom walls. Guests can enjoy every sunset from the wrap-around balcony surrounding this bedroom. Prefer to enjoy the sunrise?
