Facing the sea, directly overlooking a sandy beach, the residence is ideally located, 4km from St Tropez, near the port and shops of Marines de Cogolin. The contemporary-style building offers 4-storey elevators with studio-duplex apartments most with sea views. All have balconies or terraces and modern comforts. Located in a private park, which has direct access to the beach. The residence offers many amenities to enhance your stay such as a superb 650 m 2 lagoon pool overlooking the sea (not heated, open mid-June to early September depending on weather conditions), and on the nearby beach is a sailing club and basketball courts. Activity also possible nearby: Golf 18 holes, equestrian center or the Tennis club. The beds can vary depending on the accommodation: Living room with sofa convertible OR trundle bed and a room with 2 single beds Or a double bed. For FCV541 (2 rooms 4/6 people cabin) and 542 (2 rooms 6 / pers cabin duplex) and 2 bunk beds are in a cabin corner and for FCV542 is added a bed suspended above the stairs with a railing.
