My accommodation is near the beach, a golf club, the center of La Cala de Mijas and the motorway exit. You will love my accommodation because of the view, the spacious terrace, the interior design of the apartment and the surroundings. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with children).
The apartment is located on the first floor of the two-storey complex with pools and has a great terrace with a dream view as well as its bright and luxurious facilities in all rooms and the 2 fully-equipped bathrooms, air conditioning, camera-monitored entrance, underground parking, elevator, etc.
The elevator takes you from the underground car park directly in front of the entrance door of your apartment. There you will find a spacious entrance with wardrobe and shoe cabinet, a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, etc.) at the end of a bright laundry room with a washing machine and storage room adjoins.
The cozy dining area offers enough space. In the adjoining living area you will find a high-quality leather couch where you can relax after a beach day, an excursion or a golf holiday and the view through the large windows to the outside sweeping through the experience.
Or you can relax on the lounge furniture of the wonderful terrace with a fantastic view over the golf course and the sea and end the day with a good glass of wine.
On the terrace you can also take your meals in the separate dining area, For example, start the day with a breakfast.
Strength for the next day you draw in the queen size bed in the master bedroom with bodententfen windows and access to the terrace. Without detours it also goes directly from the master bedroom into an en-suite bathroom.
There are fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms.
The second bedroom has two single beds for the guests and the separate separate bathroom is just around the corner.
If you prefer the sense of a relaxing day without a program or you would like to start with a round in the pool; No problem.... The complex has a beautifully landscaped garden with communal swimming pools, sun beds and showers.
This meets the latest requirements, including private underground parking, security, two swimming pools, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi and fitness room. Chill-out and layout areas have been redesigned.
We use a housekeeper who is our closest neighbor, who takes care of the key service, cleaning and general administration. He will deal with you due to arrival and departure, key delivery ect. put in touch.
Report any maintenance problems (broken, missing, leaking, etc.) to our property manager.
Your laundry service provides linens and towels for the apartment.
Beach towels must be brought along.
We would be pleased to welcome you back to the hotel in the future.
Use water and power as needed, but please don`t waste it, resources are scarce and expensive in Spain.
