Pleasent get away
Great location to walk to shops and beach. Enjoyed view from the balcony watching surfers, sunsets and other activities. Would definitely recommend this property.
The location is the best, but the condo needs more cleaning and updating.
We enjoyed the location and that free parking was available. We were not pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. The toilet had a ring in it, the shower in the master bath looked unclean, but could just be stains. Both bathrooms need to be updated and painted. The bedrooms are small, but adequate. The master bed seemed to have been slept in prior to our arrival. The air conditioning needs to be upgraded. It kept the unit cool, but never shut off.
Very nice corner unit, perfect to watch the sunsets and the surfing right out front. Place was very clean, sleeps 6 is a stretch, sleeps 4 plus 2 on blow up single air beds. Enjoyed the stay, we would stay again.
The views are amazing!
We enjoyed this condo and the views from every window. My husband loved body boarding in front and we loved sitting on the lanai watching the surf and sunsets. The ac worked great and they provided a blow up mattress for the kids (we had 4 adults and 2 kids).
Great location for the price
Overall I review 4 out of 5 stars. Location is great for the price, but the price probably reflects a couple other things. It is an old property. Kitchen has been renovated and is nice, but the bathrooms are 80’s style. Cleanliness of the bathroom was not the greatest. The master bedroom master window screen had excessive dust on it and was not cleaned for a long time. The 2nd bathroom I had to unclog the drain myself the 2nd day . I did that because I did not want to deal with the front desk and delays. That brings me to the check-in. I notified that we would be early arrivals and requested early check-in. Even knowing that, why were the prior guest granted late check-out? On several occasions it was hard to get hold of the front desk staff.
The AC is a unit in the living room/ocean front, you need additional fans to distribute the coolness into the bedrooms, which have ceiling fans which is a must have. The AC is noisy, when it runs it is very hard to be able to sit in that room and have a conversation. I turned it off when we were arriving in the unit and ran it during the day. All in all the unit served our needs and your can’t get another for that price. A more modern unit would have been twice as much per day. The balcony is a sanctuary, the view is phenomenal. Only comment about the balcony is that there are too many chairs on it, so you can hardly move around.
