This very tastefully and up to the kitchen newly furnished house, with stunning sea views, located in the district EsPas. EsPas is a district of Cala Pi. In the quiet residential area the house is located on a closed plot.

The village of Cala Pi is less than 5 - 6 minutes away by car, in the village you can also reach the beautiful Cala Pi bay. The restaurant Mirador de Cabrera, known beyond the island, is about 5 minutes walk from the house. The access to a beautiful hiking trail from Es Pas to Estanyol is just 100 meters away.

The pool terrace is equipped with modern furniture, there are 6 sun loungers and a large brick corner bench with cozy cushions, which is connected to the outdoor shower. The 4 m x 8 m illuminated pool invites you to swim. After bathing, you can use the outdoor shower, then take a long sunbathing on the pool deck, but shade also offers 2 umbrellas. It was thought of everything, even in the outdoor shower you do not need to renounce the sea view!

The large covered outdoor terrace over the entire width of the house with a beautiful view across the pool, the behind the garden adjoining the green area to the sea invites you to dream and linger. A nice breakfast is here to enjoy and can start the day really well and with a glass of wine you can end a nice day comfortably. The house has been completely renovated. It has throughout the house air conditioning hot / cold, which allow a stay throughout the year in the house. The garden has been redesigned and the pool terrace renewed. The property is completely fenced and on the driveway 2 vehicles can easily be parked.

Via the bright entrance area of ​​the house you will reach the open living area that extends over the entire width of the house. Here are the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. Over this entire living area there is an impressive large window front with sliding glass doors, which is adjoined by the very large and covered outdoor terrace, which also covers the entire width of the house.

The air conditioned living area of ​​the house is spacious, open and modern designed. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, ceramic hob and a wine fridge. The kitchen offers sufficient equipment, glasses and dishes. In the separate storage room of the house is still a washing machine, a dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a large dining table that comfortably seats 6 people.

The large windows across the entire width of the house allow you a magnificent view across the outdoor terrace to the Mediterranean garden, the pool and the sea.

The garden and the pool are lit up in the evening. The living room, on the left side next to the dining area is equipped with a cozy white leather sofa set, satellite TV, a music system with CD player and a DVD player, a games collection is in the closet. Loving details and works of art adorn the entire living space, creating a very cozy atmosphere in the house.

There are 3 bedrooms in total, which can be reached from the entrance area to the right via 3 steps through the corridor.

The bedrooms are all equipped with double beds, spacious cabinets and insect screens on the windows. The beds are made upon arrival.

To ensure a pleasant sleeping climate, all bedrooms have air conditioning.

The small tranquil village of Cala Pi is located on the south coast of Majorca.

On the headland of the Cala Pi projecting into the sea, a medieval defense tower is guarded. From here you can enjoy the magnificent views, past the urbanizations Vallgonera and EsPas over to Estrenc beach and Colonia Sant Jordi. Looking out to the sea, so the view of the nature reserve Cabrera falls. On the other side you can see the rugged coastline, there you discover the land incision of Cala Beltran and the beautiful Cala Pi bay.

The Cala Pi bay is one of the most beautiful bays in Mallorca.

The bathing bay can be reached via a stone staircase from the village. Here you can expect turquoise, clear water and a fine, white sandy beach fringed by rocks, pines and some fisherman's cottages.

The gently sloping beach is particularly suitable for smaller children, but also snorkelers will be thrilled by the underwater world.

From the village, there are some beautiful walks along the cliffs towards Cap Blanc or towards Colonia Sant Jordi and also inland.

In the village there are several good restaurants and also 2 small supermarkets, which are available for the little things of the holidays. For larger purchases recommend the supermarkets in Llucmajor or Maioris.

Cala Pi is located about 25 minutes from the airport. In about 30 minutes you reach Palma de Mallorca. The Estrenc beach can be reached in about 15 minutes from the village.
