Great place, great amenities, a couple annoyances

Loved the house- it was just as advertised and had everything we needed. Rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, facilities were really great. Location was fine- it was a half hour to anywhere we wanted to go but that seems like it's true for anything in Pheonix. Two sticking points that may prevent us from booking this place again: 1) the process for turning on the hot tub involved texting the owner. He was responsive but it was odd to not just have control over when we wanted the hot tub on vs off and it was turned off on us while we were in it once. We also were asked to update him on when we were no longer using it and that we were restricted in the times we could use the hot tub. This wasn't included anywhere in the listing info. 2. There are a number of cameras all over the property. The House Rules sheet says they aren't actively monitored and the footage isn't saved, but the blue 'recording' light noticeably came on a few times. We felt monitored and it wasn't pleasant. Again, these were relatively minor issues and the place was great, but there were a couple odd quirks.

Perfect moms getaway

Clean, well cared for property Property manager excellent communicator Fully stocked with everything you could think of to make our stay enjoyable- towels, coffee, sunscreen, kitchenware, linens, pillows, etc Easy access into house during check in and throughout our stay Back yard was a dream! Perfect for laying out and having a few drinks with friends! Would highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a home with plenty of space and comfort for a large family or group of friends! Will definitely be back! Thank you for making our stay everything we had dreamed it would be, Ashish!

Nice Place, Could Use Some Updates

The inside of the home was spacious for our family of 4. However, the home did need some updates both inside and out. There were numerous things that broke or weren't in well working order when we were there. It just happened to be our luck that a lot happened during our stay. The heater and filter in the pool were not working property. The dishwasher leaked. The outdoor "toys" were mostly broken or damaged due to an especially wet spring season. The indoor toys needed some TLC as well. The host was extremely apologetic and offered to send repair people during our stay, but we made the best of it and asked that the maintenance be taken care of upon our departure. Also, the host controls all aspects of the pool heat and turning the spa on and off via text, same with the heating/air system inside the house. Once again, he was extremely prompt in doing so, it just wasn't something we anticipated or have experienced in a VRBO rental before. The location is great, a wonderful trail system is just down the road (within walking distance) and there are numerous restaurants and things to do nearby (drive time 10-15 minutes). We did have a good stay/spring break, but there was room for improvement.

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The place was clean, the kitchen had everything you needed to make meals if that’s what you wanted to do. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms well equipped and towels were high quality. We wished we had better weather as we didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub or much out in the backyard but it all looked inviting!

Great Stay in Phoenix

This house was the perfect place for two families of four to spend a long weekend in the desert. Two couples, each with two kids, had plenty of room and a lot of fun at the house. The property is as great as the listing suggests. It was very clean and well appointed with all the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry essentials. Ashish’s communication was clear leading up to our stay and he was extremely responsive during our stay. The pool/spa and covered patio got a lot of use from our group. I would definitely recommend this property for families and would personally stay again in the future!
