Reviewer Comments:

The apartment was in great local position, very close to The Needle. The views from the apartment were the best, especially watching the fireworks from our window on NYE was spectacular! The security entrance was perfect. The Apartment itself was nice and comfortable for our family of 6, however, the overall maintenance could be greatly improved. Had to call maintenance a number of times regarding Wifi not working, toilet blocked, window handle fell off, dishwasher leaked etc All issues were solved however it was annoying spending our holiday time dealing with these issues.

Reviewer Comments:

The condo was perfectly located and we paid good money to stay there. I was a little disappointed with the heat/AC - not sure what was going on there but we couldn't turn off the heat and had to keep the windows open. Plus, lots of stains on the carpets - gross. Clean that up! And, the master bath smelled moldy - I suspect because the fan doesn't work all that well. Can't beat the views we had, that's for sure. All in all, great visit and would definitely go back.

Reviewer Comments:

Location could not have been better, as the condo is within walking distance to many downtown/waterfront attractions. The unit has tons of windows which overlook the waterfront, so the scenery is fantastic. The unit, however, is only mediocre. Furnishings are nice and modern, but the unit needs an overhaul. It has been well-used: nearly every wall has large scuff marks and dirty baseboards. The kitchen has cheap appliances which have seen their best days already. The master bathroom smells strongly of mildew and the tub has terrible, filthy stains in it. In addition, it takes a near miracle to turn on and off the shower in the master bath. Shower/tub has not been remodeled and looks like 1982. The apartment-grade carpets are also heavily stained in several areas. The third "bedroom" is obviously a cheaply done add-on but functions ok if you do not require real privacy. The second bedroom closets are blocked and not useable because there is a bed in front of them. The building has 1 functioning elevator. We called prior to check-in and were told that since we would be arriving early, we could leave our luggage with the concierge in the lobby. Upon arrival the concierge WOULD NOT accept our luggage. After a call to Sea to Sky, we were told our unit was not ready, but we could go to the unit to drop off our luggage because the housekeeper was still there. We tried this, but found our unit empty and unlocked and not finished being cleaned. Although we were able to leave our luggage in our unit, the cleaning crew never did come back to finish making the unit ready for us. In addition, we received conflicting information from Sea to Sky regarding check-out. Check-out instructions were left for us inside the unit, but they were vastly different than the emailed instructions we were given. All in all, we had a lovely trip and enjoyed our time in Seattle; however, I'm not sure our condo justified the price we paid for it.

25th floor and spectacular views. Close to everything we wanted to see. If you like Italian food (not just spaghetti and meatballs) check out Assaggio, just a short walk from the apartment. The apt was perfect for our party of 6. Clean, quiet, confortable, well situated. Would definitely stay there again.
