Perfect beach scene meets pristine living with this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom tropical Panama City Beach beachfront vacation condo getaway! This cozy 7th floor oceanfront unit at Tower 3 Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort features a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen bunk bed in bedroom 2 with an additional sleeper sofa in the common area. The beachfront unit also features two full bathrooms, and a full kitchen with plenty of space in the unit for you and the family. The beachfront balcony access from the den brings the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico rolling in right to your feet as you relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee to unwind from life's demands!

Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! We look forward to hosting your friends or family getaway! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, 2023 rates are $50 for first car and $30 for the second for your weekly stay. Extended monthly stays will require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.

Perfect!!

We stayed a week and everything was perfect Close to elevator, parking was great, property was very clean. Property manager was great to work with. Definitely would stay here again!!

Great Location

The unit was clean and updated, exactly as pictured. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. This unit is in tower 3, which is the ideal location. It’s right next to the main pool area, but it is not as crowded as tower 1. Edgewater, as a whole, is a great place for families with kids with the splash pad, the activities at the pool, and the restaurant on site. Everything with the stay went smoothly with no real issues.

Great unit and location

This resort is one of our favorites so we were thankful to find a unit in one of the towers. Tower 3 was a great location overall in the property and really easy access to the beach. The unit itself was good and as expected. The cleaning crew seemed to have missed the floors as they were very sandy on check-in but easy enough to do ourselves. Communication with the property management was easy and quick and they very quickly responded to a minor issue with a chair and had it fixed same day. Would stay here again!

Great place!

Our family definitely enjoyed our stay here. This beautiful condo has a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. Beachfront view was absolutely perfect! Great communication with manager. We will be back!
