Business owner in Jasper, Alabama and live in Addison, Alabama. We LOVE the gulf coast and always dreamed of owning a beach condo. Unfortunately, just after purchasing, the economy went south (no pun intended), and we had to take over a business that we owned but had leased out for several years. That, along with our other business investments, meant that we no longer had time to vacation and enjoy our beautiful condo. SO, we now share a little slice of Heaven with others....... like you!!!

LOVE the location and the size of the building!!! With only 36 units you don't have to fight crowds, listen to noise from rowdy teens and guests all hours of the night, and can enjoy the quiet family atmosphere the Four Winds provides!! PLUS, the unit is direct gulf front!! No side or angled view!!
Because of it's smaller stature, we have smaller amenities beach front, which allowed our building to have less of a set back from the gulf. Four Winds is one of the closest buildings to the beach on the Alabama coast. The views from the balcony are breathtaking!!! Come sip your morning coffee while you watch the beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunrise!!
Writing to thank you for the prompt return of our deposit money and also want to thank you for the opportunity of staying in #302 at Four WInds. It was a wonderful, relaxing week and we thoroughly enjoyed it!
This condo delivers it all: Tasteful décor, clean & fresh upon arrival, and a living room larger than nearby 3 bedroom units we have rented. (No banged shins or stubbed toes!) Owner Sherry is friendly, available, & non-intrusive. Look no further than this one; you won't be disappointed.
This condo was exactly what we were looking for! 3rd floor was convenient, we rarely used the elevator. The location was excellent - everything we needed was within a couple miles. The condo was well equipped, and the view was awesome! AND 2 Mardi Gras parades passed directly in front of the condo - what a blast.
The condo is beautiful. We loved it because it is not a huge high-rise, you don't have to wait forever for the elevator and the beach is not overly packed with people. Very relaxing, clean and fully furnished condo. The building itself is in very good shape. Someone comes and cleans the pool every morning also. I left this vacation very satisfied with the hospitality this condo offered.
My wife and I just returned to NE Iowa from a week's stay in the condo. It was a very wonderful week. The unit was clean and we felt right at home. We brought a cooler and cooked some meals in the condo....nothing tastes like Iowa steak. The kitchen had all the plates and cookware we needed. After battling winter in our part of the world, it was nice to open the patio door and hear the waves lapping up on the beach! The whole facility seemed quiet and sleep came easy. We said hi to the neighbors once, but that was all we saw other than just a few people coming and going. Everyone we ran into seemed very pleasant. We spent a couple of hours sitting on the balcony one afternoon and that felt just about as good as life can get. We felt the 3rd floor was nice as we had a good view and took quite a few pictures. We also picked up shells on the beach---they were plentiful. Just a couple of notes, and they aren't big things, but take an extra roll or two of toilet paper, as one roll provided isn't perhaps enough for everyone for a week, and also, there were no paper towels, and they sure come in handy. At times traffic out front can be a bit busy, but street has good provisions for bikes and walking. All in all, it is a nice place to stay. My wife told me all the way home that we need to come down for a month instead of a week. Thanks!
The condo was cute but there were a few things that needed addressed. Upon our arrival the elevator wasn't working and we had to get all our luggage up all the stairs. I called to report and by that evening it was working so that was a plus, but on our departure day it wasn't working again so we still had to carry all luggage down stairs. I noticed the the sliding glass door was sticking quite often but still worked no biggie! The door to the laundry room was leaving scuff marks on the floor which was unsitely. The amount of cabinet space for food was almost none! Storage was a issue, upon arrival I noticed as we where getting ready to head to the beach as I walked in living room barefooted that sand was all over the floor. I got the broom and swept up a pile of sand so I don't think the floors had been swept before our arrival. I didn't report those minor things, they were things I could deal with...I think you might want to keep a closer check on the cleaning crew. The furnishings were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The beach was beautiful in Orange Beach.
We loved our vacation! Thank you so much for renting your lovely condo to us! We had the best time on our vacation. The condo is beautiful and we were very comfortable. We loved the lower density complex. No long waits for the elevator! The view is beautiful and the beach is stunning! We ate and ate and ate... No cooking for us on vacation but the kitchen had everything you would need. We went parasailing with the Sky Pirates (totally recommend them),
went on a dolphin cruise, saw a movie and got to see the light show at the Wharf , that was cool! But the best is obviously the beautiful beach!! Thank you again! Terri and Marty
Four Winds isconveniently located on the west end of Orange Beach. We are close to: grocery shopping, gift shops, The Wharf ampitheater and shopping complex, Tangier Outlets, water and amusement parks, zoo, fishing and water sports.

An $85 cleaning fee & $20 parking fee per vehicle will be added to rental.
$150 refundable security/damage deposit is required at booking.
A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card payments. All c/c or debit payments made through PayPal invoicing..
On rentals more than 45 days in advance, the $150 security deposit is paid when paperwork is signed and completed. Then the rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Reservations made less than 45 days from arrival date will pay the deposit and rental money at the time of booking.
