About this property

This newly renovated 3 bedroom house is located in a quiet neighborhood 1 block from the Iron Belle trail head access. It's walking distance from historic downtown Ironwood, the Depot park, Miner Park, brewery, restaurants, the theater and other attractions.

The house is centrally located 5 blocks away from US Hwy 2 next to ski areas, hiking, biking, ATV trails, waterfalls, dispensary and Lake Superior. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the heated garage to keep bikes, skis and snow/water gear safe and warm.

Private back yard has a path leading to the back alley for easy access to the Iron Belle Trail. This includes snowmobiles. Snowmobiles may park on the property. Electric grill, cement patio with chairs and fire pit with wood, newspaper and kindling also available in the backyard.

There is also a wood fired sauna in the backyard. The use of this shared sauna amenity is exclusively for our VRBO guests on a reservation basis.
This amenity includes firewood, towels and robes.

If interested, please make a reservation with host upon arrival.

This kitchen is fully stocked with glassware, pots, pans, silverware, cooking/baking utensils, coffee and coffee pot, tea pot, Ninja blender, panini maker, rice cooker, crock pot, sushi roll mats, chop sticks and much more.

LIVING ROOM

Includes, double reclining sofa, flat screen Roku T.V, sound bar with guest login for guest to use own personal devices. HDML cable is also available.

BATHROOM

Full bath located on second floor with bathtub, shower, single bowl vanity and POWER FLUSH toilet. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels included.

BEDROOMS

#1 Is a simple, quiet room with a large rocking chair, soft blanket, side table and touch reading light with 9 different settings. This is the perfect room to relax, read, stretch and just unwind in before or after a busy day. As this room has ample space to stretch in, Sanitized Yoga mats, blocks, exercise bands, back roller and weights are available.

#2 Has a brand new queen size Montgomery Restonic bed (medium firmness). Side tables and individual reading lights available along with vanity and 10x magnifying mirror.

#3 Has a brand new queen size Valente Restonic bed (Firm). Side tables with drawers, lamps and USB adapter available.

Basement/Garage

This is a heated tuck under garage with space intended for storage to keep your winter/summer gear, bikes safe and warm. A small vehicle up to 64 in tall can fit in garage. Garage opener available. A super sized washer and dryer are available with detergent and dryer sheets in this space too.

So cute and immaculate!!

The house is so cute, with a fantastic combination of the original structure and charm and updated furnishings. It is absolutely spotless and I consider myself fairly picky. Natalie thought of literally everything a person might need or want. I would highly recommend (already have to friends, actually!). The outdoor area is also a great setup for hanging out! Check-in was super easy and Natalie provided very detailed info regarding the process and info about the house. Really a wonderful experience!!

Great House, Awesome Hosts

Great little house in a quiet friendly neighborhood. We loved the sauna! Our hosts, Natalie and Bill, live in the neighborhood and were more than happy to come by to fire up the wood stove for the sauna. We loved everything about the house. Clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back.

The listing was accurate and the property well maintained and furnished. Definitely far exceeds other options in town for convenience and amenities. Everything that was needed and that was expected was available. Would stay here again for sure.

Private back yard with path that leads directly to the alley. Snowmobiles/ATV's may be park on the property and utilize back path to alley for simple access to Iron Belle Trail. Large trailers can be parked in driveway located on Arch street; 1 block up. Hikers, bikers, skiers will also enjoy the convenient access.
