Unit features living room with 40" flat panel LCD TV, NEW LEATHER SOFA(sofa bed). & LOVE SEAT, leather chair, Dinning area with glass table and 4 chairs. Bed room with a new KING size bed & 26" LCD TV. Kitchen stainless refrigerator ,oven & dish washer. Kitchen completely furnished with all cooking utensil. Bath room with Quartz counter top and remolded shower stall. Out door heated pool ,children's pool, game room, pool tables & exercise room. Boat docking alliable first come first serve. Fish cleaning station, man made beach.

Wonderful stay in Florida Keys!

We love this place, my son enjoyed it a lot. The condo is in a great location nearby for everything he needed. The view was excellent from the balcony, perfect to see the sunset in all its splendor. Everything was in order and very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Had a great time swimming in the pool. The staff was very cordial and attentive. The owner gave us guidelines and everything you need to know in the condo, very nice person, easy to communicate with, and responded immediately. Captain Bob, Thank you so much! Summer Sea condo is amazing! It is a paradise within an oasis. Great location in Upper Keys. Highly recommended!

Summer Sea Islamorada

Property is centrally located to get anywhere in the Keys. Plenty of outdoor activities and places to eat. So many unique opportunities. The property attracts a good group of people that makes the stay even better.

Our stay was amazing!

The property was well maintained. Pool was wonderful. The little beach was great did a lot of snorkeling. The view was amazing from the condos balcony!!! Mark was great, open communication. The condo is beautiful! I cant say enough about how amazing the condo was and the whole experience was from check in to check out!

Great Stay!

This is a lovely property with a great view.It is well appointed with many thoughtful amenities. The owner is very easy to communicate with and is very responsive to any needs/questions ( Thank you Mark!)In addition, it’s in a great location for things to do and places to eat. I hope I can come back someday.
