This unit is a 1200 Sq. ft. 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf Front Condo located at The Regency Towers Condominiums at 5801 Thomas Drive. The standard bedding configuration* is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen-size beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen-size sofa-sleeper in the living room. Bed and bathroom linens are provided and the kitchen is fully stocked with the dishes, pots & pans, silverware and utensils that you should need. All our units have cable TV and a washer and dryer inside the unit for your use. Located on Thomas Drive on the east end of Panama City Beach!

WORST PCB EXPERIENCE EVER

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 4 nights No A/C, ( was told to open the doors and windows) yes it was cool outside but hot inside, they have a dehumidifier running for the humidity which if the A/C had been working the dehumidifier wasn’t needed, heavy mold in both showers, rotting walls with mold and paint peeling off walls, door to balcony couldn’t be opened by the women and the men struggled with it. Wasn’t offered another room of refund and anything for the terrible inconvenience! Do NOT recommend using BEACH ROOM RENTALS LLC, Worst ever!!!

Time delay 😡

The time for check in was at 5pm not the 3pm as usual was so un expected, i was told over an over that this was the house keeping getting the room ready. I went to room door at 230 an placed a piece of paper in door to see if it was opened so at 4:45 when i finally received the code an went to condo door the paper was still there...i will not rent again this way...

Unit review

Property was wonderful. Loved the pool and easy beach access. The pool bar & grill was reasonably priced and delicious . The unit was not clean; sand on couches and floor, prints on mirrors, no toilet paper holders, black mold on lamp shades, outside of frig was splattered with food. Unit smelled like mildew. Sliding doors hard to open and close.
