Enjoy all the best that the Big Island has to offer!! Our beautifully Hawaiian furnished home at the Waikoloa Beach Villas - a luxury gated community at the Waikoloa Beach Resort - is conveniently located across the street from the King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace. Our unit is in a prime location within the complex overlooking the 3rd fairway of The Beach golf course. There are 2 pool areas with palm trees, spas, and outdoor showers. There is a work-out room with fitness equipment overlooking one of the pool areas just steps away from our building.
Our lanai has a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a Viking gas grill, granite slab countertops, and a bar sink, which makes a great place to cook, have dinner, and relax with a gorgeous sunset view.
The unit is equipped with a full kitchen, includes a bar-seating area, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances are throughout. We have everything needed to prepare and serve gourmet meals, from Henckels knives to Hawaiian-style stoneware. Enjoy freshly brewed Kona coffee in the morning and use the blender in the evening to make some of your favorite tropical drinks.
At the end of the day, kick-back in the living room and enjoy viewing the 42' LCD HDTV, which also includes HD digital service and a BlueRay DVD player. Free high-speed wireless internet access is provided.
The master bedroom has a plush cal-king bed with deluxe sheets for a comfortable night's sleep. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, also with deluxe sheets and Polynesian-style decor. Upon request, the second bedroom can also be configured for a king-size bed.
Within a short 10min. walk, you will find the famous crescent shaped Anaehoomalu Beach (more easily referred to as A-Bay). Use the beach mats, folding chairs, ice cooler, and umbrella to have fun in the sand and sun. A large and medium-sized boogie boards are also available to surf the waves.
We have a private garage for your use along with additional parking spots located throughout the grounds.
Across the street, you will find the Queen's Marketplace with restaurants, galleries and boutiques. Island Gourmet is the premier grocery store, which has everything from a large deli to an extensive beer and wine selection. Just on the other side are the King's Shops, with world-class shopping such as Tommy Bahamas, Louis Vuitton, and Macy's.
We view this villa as our second home and try to provide extra amenities for our guests, so you can also feel right at home. In the event you have any additional needs, our unit is professionally managed and a local person can be easily reached to assist you quickly throughout your stay.

About Ben M
We live in the San Francisco Bay Area and have been traveling to Hawaii for years. We were married in Maui and bought our condo on the big island in 2009. Our two kids love going to Hawaii for vacations and hanging out at the beach and the pool, as well as enjoying all of the other wonderful places to see and visit on the big island.

Waikoloa Beach Villas is one of the newest properties located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The resort area includes the Hilton and the Marriott resort hotels and has many amenities nearby to enjoy. So, whether it's the beach, golf, restaurants, or shopping, hanging out by the pool, or seeing the sights of the big island, Waikoloa is a great location. The entire Kohala coast is one of the sunniest parts of island and always makes for a great getaway. Our condo is our second home and we treat it that way - furnishing and decorating it in a way that's more comfortable and inviting then and a condo which has been purchased and set up exclusively for rentals. We want our guests to feel relaxed and enjoy our place as much as we do. We want to get to know our guests and hope that people will come back to enjoy the property.

Our stay at Ben and Jacqui's was quite enjoyable. Located conveniently across the street from the Queens shopping center but you would never know as it is very quiet on the property. Their two bedroom two bath was well appointed, clean and had all the necessary supplies. This home is perfect for a small family with children or a couple. Their lanai has a built in BBQ and sink, nice table and chairs and overlooks a beautiful golf fairway. The sunsets from the lanai for fantastic and utterly blinding. It was nice having a garage and using all the beach chairs, ice chests and floating devices. We would definitely stay at Ben and Jacqui's Again!

Amazing Hawaii Condo
This was the PERFECT condo for our family of 4. Had all the little touches that made it feel like home. Beach chairs, boards, towels were great for beach days. Great location right by Queen's Market. Best 4th of July fireworks views. Ben was great to work with.
Clean, spacious and modern
We stayed here (2 couples and an infant) for a few weeks. There was lots of room for everyone and the place never felt crowded. The BBQ on the patio was great and was used for more than a few suppers. The condo is very well stocked right down to spices, oils, condiments, coffee, tea, paper towel, etc. Queens Market is just steps away and the grocery store there, while expensive, was great for picking up a few things we didn't get at Costco. We would absolutely recommend this place!!

We stayed for the month of January and wish it could have been longer. Everything was just as presented and Ben was responsive to any questions, concerns, and requests. There are beautiful beaches in the area and Ben has the beach tools you'll need to enjoy them to the fullest, including beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. We spent time at Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea, we found going early worked best. Mauna Kea resort provides access, but parking is limited. The kitchen is equipped with most of the tools you could need for cooking and the grill on the lanai is great for barbecuing. We stopped in Kona and picked up milk and eggs before we traveled to the condo. There are some cooking supplies left by previous visitors, so it is nice not to duplicate what is already there. There is a Wal Mart, Safeway, and a Target store in Kona for groceries. We actually found great prices and selection at the Safeway and Target stores. Wal Mart was somewhat over shopped. Queen's Market is located across the street and the grocery store has most of what you will need but is more expensive. We played nine holes of twilight golf up at Waikoloa Village for a very reasonable price with cart several times, it is worth checking out. We aren't great golfers, so it was perfect for us. We needed a good internet connection for a few days of work and it was available. Overall, our stay good not have been nicer.
We stayed here for 2 weeks in September. First off, the Beach Villas complex is one of the nicest in the resort. It is lushly landscaped, clean and beautifully maintained. We have stayed in a number of other units within the complex over the past few years and while all were nice this was one of the best. It is clean, well furnished and everything is extremely well organized. Everything worked flawlessly during our stay and while we didn't need to contact Ben for anything, he made it clear that he was readily available should we have any questions or anything arise. We highly recommend it....thumbs up from us.
Great Location, Immaculate, and Overall Great Place, you will not be dissappointed
I have rented condos in the Waikoloa area, but can say that Ben's place is amazing and you will not be disappointing with your experience. First of all, Ben is very thorough, communicative, and gives you a sense that you will be taken care of ; and indeed you will. In addition, this condo is at one of the "newer" complexes there and has been kept up to date and is immaculate. There is everything you can think of you will need there so all you need to do is show up and have a great time. The location is right across the Queen's Shops which is very convenient. We have also stayed at other condos within the Waikoloa area, but I can say that this is one is very clean and impressive. We are from the Big Island, but have since relocated to the mainland. Whenever we go back to visit family, we like to stay in the Waikoloa area as a getaway from the traffic and busy downtown area. Waikoloa is a great area to call home base if you are going to visit the many sites on the Big Island. It is always sunny, warm, and the beach is nearby.

Discounts for stays of 11-nights or longer are available even though VRBO's rate system does not allow us to publish them. Inquire with us if you're planning a multi-week stay. Until a rental is confirmed, rates and availability are subject to change. State of HI General Excise Tax of 4.1667% and Transient Accommodation Tax of 10.25% to be added to the base rental rate. A security deposit of $500 is required for ALL bookings made through VRBO. There is a $250 cancellation fee for ALL bookings (not including the VRBO booking fee). The fee may be refunded if the rental can be re-booked over the cancelled dates. Christmas/New Years Holiday bookings (mid-Dec through early Jan) require a stay of 7 nights or more than 12 nights.
