Here’s some extra info about the area that you might find useful, we live in the next street.
The apartment is located right opposite the Fine Arts Museum Square. The neighborhood surrounding the Museum of Fine Arts is one of the most typical quarters in Seville, with a mix of stately, historic houses, plazas and churches. This part of the city provides with a perfect insight of every day life in Seville, offering a more authentic Seville without sacrificing proximity to the major monuments and cultural sights.
Guests are less than one minute from the Museum of Fine Arts (Museo de Bellas Artes), and four minutes from the El Corte Ingles, La Campana, Sierpes, Tetuan-shopping district. The Cathedral, Alcazar and Santa Cruz quarter are approximately 10 minutes walk. It’s a few minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas bus station, the Guadalquivir River and Triana district. Also near the theme park Isla Magica.
The trendy and bohemian part of the city, La Alameda de Hercules, known for the great amount of open air terraces, new restaurants, gay-friendly pubs, etc., is just 8 minutes walk.
In addition to his central location, the apartment is situated in a very quiet street, so a peaceful stay is guaranteed. On Sundays you can go across the street to the Fine Arts Museum Square and visit the painters market, where local artists exhibit and sell their work.
Some of Seville’s best dining and tapas are in the neighborhood surrounding the apartment. We can recommend Boreas (50mtrs away, with open-air terrace), Bar Eslava, etc.
The flat is strategically located for those who come to visit Seville during Easter, and is got also easy access to the Feria de Abril.
I bought the apartment in 2005. As Istudied English and Itraveled a lot around the world, i decided to continue knowing people from every part of the world. I like people and Seville so this was our first intention, to give other people out from Spain, all we have here. Sun, nice people and beautiful houses and streets. My objective is to make people happy during their stay in Seville.
The Owner purchased this apartment in 2005

Proximity to main shopping area and historical area was great. Cozy Apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. I loved the courtyard attaching that was sizable and perfect for contemplation. Seville was VERY hot, but the A.C. was fine and we had a wonderful time cooking one evening (using only microwave); Lidia was very personable, likable and happy to help. I would suggest a stay there!
We were delighted with this apartment. It was exactly as described with a great location. Lidia was a great help recommending some wonderful restaurants and a couple of great evening activities. Lidia had explained the parking before we arrived so we were prepared for the 15 minute walk with our luggage. The public open parking lot across the river was very economical and worked very well. The apartment however, is very close to the main bus terminal.
The bed was comfortable and the appliances all worked well. Good Wi-Fi. The week we were in Seville was very warm and we were surprised at how comfortable the apartment was - a little oasis. Be sure to take in a Flamenco exhibition while you are in Seville. On Lidia's recommendation we visited the Flamenco Museum and attended their show. Also, be sure to check out the different live music options in town.
The apartment is on one floor with no stairs to climb.
We had such a wonderful stay. Lidia was very kind and helpful when we arrived. The apartment is very cozy and convenient to great locations in Sevilla which are within walking distance.
Lidos was a very helpful host! Great location. Great, clean apartment. We had a wonderful stay!
Excellent location, within walking distance of everything. Parking, after finding the apartment and getting instructions, was easy to find and a 10 minute easy walk from the apt. The apartment is nice (nothing fancy and the shower is very small). Be aware that it is on the ground level, the first apartment into the building. Noise from the main door, the street and mostly the existing residents can be an issue. Door slamming is very loud and in general from the residents on the floor above. Lidia met us at the apartment and had tickets for us for a Flamenco show which was sold out. It was amazing!!
Lidia was extremely helpful from the beginning stages of booking our stay all the way to the time we left. We are a family of four and were staying during Semana Santa. Most every place was completely booked, as was this property. Lidia had another property on Calle Redes which we stayed at. It was a perfect location, just 10 minutes by foot to the main Cathedral. We got a discount at the Plaza de Armas parking because of her company too. The apartment itself was perfect for the four of us, super clean, and cute. The owner of the apartment, Marili, did not speak English but she was such a sweet heart. Both her and Lidia made our stay in Sevilla fantastic! Thank you!
