2-storey loft with lots of light and air, beautiful high terrace, no tourism

This 2-storey apartment is located directly under the roof of the village house Cal Viola. The house itself is located on a slope steep and therefore the apartment from the front is seen in. 2 Stock from behind but in the fifth! The motto here is a lot of air and space in the open, 2 storeys. Above a spacious double room, down living room, kitchen, bathroom and a smaller double room + an arcaded terrace overlooking the high treetops of the village fountain. The apartment is located very bright and quiet and invites you to linger. take standing up and the first coffee on the terrace. The whole day is open in front of you plan trips by car or "only" around the village walking. admiring vineyards, Priorat wine tasting, explore hermitages, climb the Montsant, talk to the villagers go to the swimming pool and then enjoy a good meal in Cal Joc or into the distance, to Barcelona or Tarragona (World Heritage and Roman city). To the beach to Cambrils or Altafulla, with the children of Port Aventura to Reus in the footsteps of Gaudi. Enjoy the speed of AVE and be in three hours in Madrid, discover the Oceanarium in Valencia or the Ebro Delta or do anything about it, for enjoying a good book, explore a glass of wine in the evening, the Siuranafluss 10 minutes from the village, the nearest village walk (Gratallops, Porrera, Poboleda, etc.), eat there and cozy late afternoon hike back, that's all, and much more with us possible. We are on vacation in the Priorat region for over 40 years and always discover something new, unexpected, exciting. Since forward body, mind and soul!

This apartment has a twin brother! The apartment TARONGE next door. Often booked for 2 families. Each in his house, but to enjoy together with the possibility of a large terrace! Because: - together is good, but not "sequential" - is said as ours. Other features: No tourism. Original, impressive landscape. Good hiking and rural roads

très bon rapport qualité prix

Petit appartement agréable avec tout fourni: draps, serviettes, shampoing, gel douche, le nécessaire à la cuisine: huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, sucre, thés et cafés, les produits ménagers... Un peu trop petit par contre pour 4: une fois la table dépliée, plus de place pour circuler. La cuisinière est petite pour faire à manger pour 4. La table sur la terrasse n'est que pour 2 personnes, dommage, on aurait apprécié de manger dessus.

Les propriétaires sont très disponibles par email et nous ont donné un contact sur place si on avait besoin.

Point négatif: la mezzanine, il y a 2 grandes fenêtres qui donnent sur le toit mais qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir. L'air ne circule pas du tout jusqu'en haut donc il y fait trop chaud: plus de 30 degré chaque nuit... Nous n'avons pas bien dormi. C'est bien dommage car la mezzanine est grande...

Donc, je dirai que si vous voulez y aller l'été, à 2 c'est parfait: vous utilisez la chambre du bas et la taille du reste est parfait.

Owner's Response: Merci beaucoup! J ai note d ouvrir les fenettes de la maisonette. Parfois on les ferme par raisons de pluie.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber, nette Vermieter, sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sauber, die Organisation war unkompliziert und der Kontakt zu Vermieterin und Verwalterin vor Ort sehr nett! Das Dorf ist wunderschön und super gelegen um mehrere Klettergebiete gut erreichen zu können (mit dem Auto ca. 40-45 min nach Margalef und Siurana). Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alles Nötige an Ausstattung war vorhanden. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder!

The picturesque village of Torroja is located in the world famous Priorat wine region. Alone in the village are located about 10 wineries.

Also interesting for climbers (Siurana, Montsant, Margalef nearby) and cyclists, both road bike and BMX.

Also at their expense are those guests who are looking for peace or an ideal starting point for excursions into nature (Montsant Parc Natural, Ports de Beseit, Delta del Ebro, and a very long, etc.)

But there are also those who in between feel like to get to big cities, then you can choose between Barcelona (130 Km) Tarragona (30 Km.), Zaragoza or Valencia (each 250 Km.).

The new AVE high speed train in Tarragona takes you to Madrid in 3 hours! Some guests drive early in the morning and back in the evening !! We did it overnight and it was great!

Other special features: No tourism. Original, imposing landscape. Good hiking and business routes. There are always new ways, so that you can walk well as Ortsunkundiger, z. B. from Torroja to Porrera (9 Km) there in the restaurant La Cooperativa and back in the afternoon. The same applies to Gratallops, Poboleda, Scala Dei and La Vilella Baixa. Each village has at least one restaurant and a public swimming pool (open from late June to mid-September).
