Contemporary 1 bedroom 2 full bathrooms, 1080 sq ft mega suite condo on 6th floor of Center Tower of Bay view Grand Marina. Perfect for couples get away. It features two large terraces overlooking the sweeping curve of the beach and Ixtapa Bay, and faces WSW, so every evening you experience the breathtaking sunset views, renowned by Ixtapa.
It is spacious and bright, with air conditioning and celling fans. Featuring designer selected furnishings and decor. Ceramic tile flooring throughout the unit. It has large bedroom with king size bed and en-suite full bathroom. The second full bathroom is located between living room and kitchen. The condo also comes with full kitchen, laundry room and dining room. For your convenience it has keyless digital lock.
Living room features two large comfortable couches, 60" Smart TV, with cable and high speed internet service.
The condo complex offers 5 star resort amenities such as large infinity pool with hot tub, lounge furniture and breathtaking ocean front views. Next to the infinity pool is an Adults only pool with a hot tub as well. Condo complex also offers restaurant with very good and reasonably priced selections of food and beverages. It has a Full Service bar with big screen TV. Full service SPA offers massages, body wraps, facials, manicures, pedicures and other services at very reasonable prices.
Please note, there is an additional charge for usage of the property facilities 300 pesos per person (about $15 USD)
Weekly maid service is available. If desired, the extra service visits can be arranged at a nominal fees.
RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. CHECK-IN TIME is after 4 PM and CHECK-OUT is 1 PM
2. This is a NON SMOKING unit
3. Pets are not permitted in this unit under any circumstances.
4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
5. To promote awareness and responsible electricity usage, an allotment of 175 KWH for 7 days stay or 25 KWH per day will be given free of charge. For every KWH used above this amount a charge of $1 US /KWH will be accessed.
6. DAMAGE DEPOSIT - $500 US damage deposit is required. However, the Credit card number will be kept on file to cover excess damages/missing items should they occur.

Zhanna the owner was extremely easy to communicate with and accommodating. The condo had a spectacular patio area that wrapped around the condo. Ocean views from most of the condo. Was well apportioned with everything you need whether you’re staying a week or month. BVG is a very beautiful building that is kept impeccably clean. It sits on the ocean with a beautiful two mile stretch of beach. The pool area is very nice with a staff to take care of your needs. A very enjoyable stay…

My name is Zhanna. Originally, I am from Kiev, Ukraine, where I lived until the age of 25. In 1993 I moved to USA. I purchased my condo in Ixtapa in December of 2021. I can truly say, I fell in love with Ixtapa and my condo from the first sight, and I hope you will feel the same.
What makes my property to stand out to other similar properties?
I designed my place with all the amenities that I personally want to have for myself. It is my happy place and my second home. When you are staying in my condo, you are my guests, and as my guests, it is my priority to make you feel comfortable and have everything that you might need for your full enjoyment.
My favorite place in my condo is the ocean front balcony/terrace. It has the dining area with electric outdoor grill, and comfortable outdoor patio furniture. I personally spend a lot of my time there. The terrace has very comfortable shade from early morning until mid afternoon. In the evening you have the best views of the best show on Earth, the sunsets.
All the rooms in my condo are ocean front and easily accessable from the balcony'/terrace's three doors ( 1 door from the living room and 2 doors from the bedroom)
My condo offers two full bathrooms, which is a big plus. Personally, I don't like to share my bathrooms with anybody, even my significant other, LOL
Bay View Grand Marina is located in the end of the beach, between 2 condominiums, which allows you to avoid the noise of canned sound entertainment from all inclusive resorts. But at the same time, it is close to all the restaurants and attractions of Ixtapa.
The BVG Marina has one of the best infinity pools, restaurant, SPA and it is very secure.
