45 m² apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and hallway for two people. The apartment is on the second floor of our house. The living rooms are equipped with high-quality oak laminate, the floor is heat-insulated.
The spacious rooms are lovingly and modernly furnished.
In the bedroom is a double bed with single mattresses (100 x 200) and a spacious wardrobe. In front of the beds lay freshly washed rugs.
The living room has a dining table with 4 chairs and a comfortable sitting couch. It is equipped with a medium sized cupboard for dishes and glasses and a TV cabinet with 43 "flat screen TV. There are cable programs and more than 5000 radio and television programs around the world via the SAT antenna with four reception heads.
Living and bedrooms are equipped with indirect, bright lighting in the warm tone. In the living room the additional lamps with LED-reading light for comfortable lighting and the LED wall-mounted above the couch invite you to read. The large, three-leaf windows with roller shutters are aligned to the south-east, they are awakened by the sun in the morning.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, hammock, washbasin, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror.

Moderne, schöne FeWo im Herzen von Rüdesheim unweit von Seilbahn und Drosselgasse
Die Überschrift sagt schon alles: Tolle FeWo zu fairem Preis und netter Vermieter. Fußläufig sind Restaurants, Seilbahn, Drosselgasse und Rheinpromenade schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Tolle Wohnung zum Weihnachtsmarkt
Die Lage der Wohnung in der Innenstadt ist ideal, die zugehörige Garage optimal. Die freundlichen Vermieter und die Wohnung selber lassen keine Wünsche offen. Es waren ein paar super Tage. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
