About Sunnie Kopchick

My wife and I decided to purchase our beautiful Cabin in Brian head, Utah originally to escape the Summer Heat of the Las Vegas valley where we lived. Since relocating to California, our time at our lovely cabin has dwindled. Thus, we want others to enjoy this serene and beautiful town. We have three wonderful children who also like winter sports like snowboarding and snowmobile rides. We have enjoyed going to the Cabin for the winter and Summer. We truly enjoy the summers just as much as the winters. We will hike, ride quads and just enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. This is a great place for family and friends or just the two of us. It is very cozy and romantic. There are many hiking trails that we enjoy taking all the kids on.

Sunnie Kopchick purchased this cabin in 2001

Why Sunnie Kopchick chose Utah

Our property is located 40 yds from the Paradise ski run located in the Navajo ski resort. Two balcony's with views of both Giant Steps and Navajo ski resort. We take pride in our home, this is not just your typical rental. Top of the line bedding, furniture and amenities.

A huge family room for everyone to enjoy, play games and our giant dining table and an open concept from the kitchen. You will not be disappointed.

What makes this cabin unique

We enjoy Skiing, snowmobile rides, ATV rides, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Jogging, games in the big room, ping pong and fooz-ball in the heated garage, great food and watching movies by the big fireplace!

Brian Head Resort offers The Greatest Snow on Earth®, with annual snowfall of over 360 inches, and Utah’s highest base elevation. Covering over 650 acres, the Resort has two connected mountains, Giant Steps and Navajo, offering 71 runs and 8 chair lifts.

Best-Stocked Vacation Home!

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay at the Kopchick's cabin! This place had everything we needed from extra pillows, blankets and towels, to every kitchen pot, pan and utensil imaginable!

We were two large families and the layout of this home is perfect. Adults slept in the two downstairs bedrooms and the kids were all up in the third floor bedroom and loft. The gathering spaces are large and open. The kitchen had it all and the beautiful dining table was large enough for game playing, puzzles and dining all at once.

The location right off the Paradise ski run was so fun! We had a lot of weather, and the mountain runs were closed one 1/2 day so we were worried about how to keep the kids busy- but they had plenty to do between the games, puzzles, and playing in the snow. Skiing in and out is a bit of a workout, especially as this place is at a very high elevation, but young and old were all able to do it pretty successfully even in the fresh powder. It was an adventure for sure! The snow plowing was impressive and getting in and out was not stressful even though it snowed most of the weekend.

We also really enjoyed the movie collection, fireplace, and most of all the beautiful views! This place is a treasure! I can see staying here anytime of year. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great House in Brian Head

  • 5 of 5

The house was great. But, what was outstanding was Sunnie anything we asked her she was on top of it. From firewood to getting the driveway cleared of snow. Thanks so much Sunnie.

Great Cabin for families!

  • 5 of 5

We shared the cabin with another family over the holiday break. It was very cozy and it had everything that we expected. The Wifi was unfortunately down during our stay. The kids loved sleeping in the loft area. We enjoyed the beautiful views and one can ski out very easily. I absolutely would recommend this property and would rebook it.

Our family had a very relaxing 4th of July weekend. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire during the chilly evenings and the great views from the decks by day and for the fireworks show. Couldn't have asked for much more, great property!

Perfect family friendly cabin with breathtaking views!

  • 5 of 5

The property is beautiful with some of the most breath taking views ever seen. The cabin is well kept with many great features and includes quality furniture and bedding. Once you enter the doors and catch a glimpse of the view from the main floor it's hard to break away. The master bedroom also has its own balcony with a shared view that's beautiful to wake up to. The cabin itself was more than accommodating for our party of 11, consisting of two small families and my mother and Aunt. The great room allowed us to enjoy every evening by fire sharing stories and playing games or simply relaxing after spending the day outdoors on the beautiful slopes. The property is only minutes away from the ski resort. We were snowed in one day of our stay but even then we were happy to lounge around and enjoy the scenery of falling snow. The gameroom downstairs is an added plus for the kiddos (and men). If you plan to use their kitchen I recommend shopping for groceries before you get into town as the nearest full service grocery store is about 10-15 mins away but that wasn't an issue for us. The cabin however was stocked with all your main spices and cooking oils that we were allowed to use so we only purchased what was needed just for our cooking pleasure. I'd love to come back and create more family memories in the near future. Thank you Sunnie!
