This amazing Newpark Resort Townhome is located in beautiful Park City. A prime destination for skiing,fishing, golfing and the Sundance Film Festival. My unit is located just 25 short minutes for the Salt Lake City International Airport. An end unit with wide unobstructed views of the mountains and Swaner Nature Preserve.

Beautiful townhouse...perfect location!

We stayed here in October 2009 and had a great time! This is a wonderful new townhouse in a great location. Very quiet, clean and modern. Nice and bright with lots of windows. The beautiful kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances was well stocked with all the necessities. Living/dining room is open to kitchen and has a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, free wireless internet. There's a hot tub and small table/chairs on the deck.

The two bedrooms upstairs have TVs, comfortable beds (king and queen), plenty of pillows and extra blankets, lots of closet/dresser space. There's a daybed with trundle in the upstairs loft that would be perfect for kids. Each bedroom has a private bath (granite counters) with a second sink just outside the bathroom door. We had plenty of extra towels, tissue etc. and appreciated the little extras like nightlights in the baths. There's another full bath with shower downstairs.

We like to travel light and avoid checking bags, so it was really nice to have a washer and dryer. We did a small load each morning while getting ready and eating breakfast. The attached garage was great- no searching for a parking space. It would be really helpful for loading and unloading lots of luggage, ski equipment etc. It's extra long with plenty of room for a large SUV (Dodge Durango).

The townhouse backs up to the Swaner Nature Preserve with a walking path just outside the door. Beautiful views over the open space to the mountains- we even watched a hot air balloon lift off one morning! A short walk to upscale shops, grocery stores, restaurants (Maxwell's was very good), even a movie theater. We forgot the battery charger for the camera and just walked to Best Buy for a new one. There's a free shuttle bus to Park City and ski resorts (5 min to Canyons, 10 min to Park City/Deer Valley).

Dave (the owner) was wonderful to work with- very quick response to emails. He even helped us find a fly fishing guide. Check in/check out was easy at Newpark Hotel's 24/7 front desk. We felt like locals coming home every night, and can't wait to go back! I would highly recommend this place if you want a great home away from home in a fantastic location.

Great Property, LOVED the location

We really loved this location and the house. First let me talk about the location. We have never stayed away from the slopes and I was a little hesitant. But it was not a problem at all. We skied Park City Mountain and Deer Valley. The drive was literally 10 mins tops to both locations. We had 5 kids between the ages of 13-19 with us and for them to be able to walk over to the little area for dinner was fantastic.

The house was well equipped, the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook, breakfast and dinner. The kids loved the hot tub. I was having a hard time getting internet connection one day, and I called the # they gave for the property manager and she answered the first time I called and helped me fix the problem. It actually wasn't even a problem. The modem is in the game cabinet and the games and puzzles were pushed in front of the modem. Easy fix, took maybe 5 mins for the 2 of us to figure that out!!

Anyway, we even talked about coming back this summer and doing some of the hikes and staying at this same location!

Convenient to Everything!

We have been visiting Park City for 30 years. This is the first time we have stayed out at the Newpark town homes next to Red Stone and we will definately be back. Having the walking trail for the nature preserve right outside the door is a real plus. You can walk for many miles and the view is beautiful! There are many restaurants within walking distance and even though the house is located next to a business and shopping complex, the town house is at the very back of the commercial area and it is very quiet in this area.

The house is clean and well kept. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings are tasteful. The kitchen is well appointed with all the gadgets one would need to prepare a meal. Having a gas fireplace that turns on with the flip of a switch is so nice. No chopping wood, no down on the knees to light the pilot light. So cozy!

The private garage is a must in the winter. No need to clear snow or defrost ice from the car. It added to a sense of security also, knowing we could leave the skis in the back of the car overnight, etc.

The private hot tub is also a plus! Nothing like sitting back and looking over the preserve, relaxing and enjoying the serenity of the area.

We recommend this property to everyone planning a ski trip to Park City. The fact that it is located out at Kimble Junction means you are blocks from the interstate if you decide to ski over at one of the other canyons, yet you are still just minutes from the three resorts located in Park City. The outlet stores down the road were an added bonus!

We are looking forward to next year!

Fantastic location close to Redstone shops, cinemas and transport. The property was spacious, and had all kitchen facilities, flick of a switch gas fire and hot tub, plentiful linen, all clean and tidy. Highly recommended

Excellent location backing on to Swaner reserve and close to transport and shops, cafes

The townhouse itself was clean, with all the facilities working well. The property manager was available if needed but not intrusive. All in all a great stay

Great place, convenient location

Clean, well equipped, lots of space and privacy. Inside parking very convenient. Beds incredibly comfortable. Have been renting condos in Park City area for years and would definately rent this unit again. Close to restaurants and shopping, convenient to the highway.
