Owners Gary and Becky
The Owner purchased this house in 2008
We purchased this property for the beautiful setting, the historical home and a great place to keep our horses.
We have gardens - a 75' x 75' flower garden beside the guest house, wildflower patches down a hillside, and lots of porches and patios to set and enjoy the views.
Clean and super adorable. Everything you could ever want in a get away
What an ABSOLUTE FABULOUS place to stay. Beautiful, peaceful, serene, and such a peaceful spirit about the whole property. The owners, Gary and Becky are two fabulous people who really care about the comfort you receive during your stay and were wonderful to share all the rich history with the property. Truly the photos do NOT do this property justice -- it is even PRETTIER then what you see online. Don't bat an eye, don't think twice -- stay here….you will be SO glad you did - Thank you Gary and Becky!!!! Todd and Gina Swanson
I stayed here for a girls' trip and I can't say enough good things. The pictures simply don't do the cottage justice and the bathroom is luxurious with a huge shower and a soaker tub. The views are outstanding and the stars at night breathtaking. The house is out of town a bit, but we loved that. My only suggestion would be to add some shades for privacy on the front sleeping porch. Nothing to block the view, just for privacy. The owners were lovely without being intrusive and gave us a tour of their beautiful home, also on the property. We visited the Crystal Bridges Museum and shopped and ate in Fayetteville. I wouldn't change one thing about this trip!
I plan to book another trip soon, maybe spring to take advantage of the gardens.
Four Nursing School friends of 23 years, we all stayed here in the Fall of 2013, absolutely beautiful place and owners were wonderful. Very relaxing, very comfortable beds, all very nice. beautiful areas for picture taking. Thank you for a wonderful time. Great memories made.
Our daughter was married beneath the garden trellis and it couldn't have been a more beautiful location for an evening wedding in late May. The guest house features an open floor plan and is airy and welcoming; comfortable for a large gathering or a small group of friends and family. Our gracious host and hostess checked with us often to make sure we had everything we needed. The gardens are immaculate and professionally maintained, the perfect spot to enjoy a late day breeze and good conversation as you watch the Tennessee Walking Horses graze in the meadow. Looking forward to a return visit soon.
We do have facilities for horses if you are traveling with horses or if you want to ride in this area.
This property is also available for outdoor weddings.

My Standard Rate
2 night minimum stay
I have turned off the Book It Now feature as it was making our guests pay several months ahead of time. You can reserve our property by calling the telephone numbers listed and pay shortly before/during your visit.
The rate for 4 or on a weekend for 2 nights would be $195 a night. The rate would be reduced for longer stays, weekday stays, or fewer people. There is a two-night minimum for Razorback ballgame weekends and other major event weekends.
