This superior top floor corner condo is everything you could ask for in a vacation home. Huge windows overlook the Pacific Ocean and allow natural light and sea breezes to flow through the open living area. Step out on the balcony and relish the sound of waves crashing as you search for dolphins. If you happen to be here during one of our rare hot summer days, the air conditioning will keep you cool. Elevator access available.
Custom kitchen is fully stocked for easy meals and there is a BBQ on the deck. There is a comfortable living area for relaxing in the evening after exploring Solana Beach or Del Mar. Master bedroom has gorgeous walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has two twin beds.
Del Mar Beach Club has four pools, one located just below this condo, plus direct access to the stairs that lead to the beach.
The Del Mar Beach Club is known for its California coastal resort style living. This townhome is located on the west side of the Club which hosts 2 ocean front pools, 1 heated pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. Direct beach access from the complex to the sand right near the condo. The east side of Del Mar Beach Club has a pool, spa, tennis court and pickleball court.

Amazing views!

The views in this place are unmatched. Had a very beachy vibe to it. Beds were all comfortable. The neighborhood was great as well, with so many food options close by. Will definitely stay again the next time I’m in SD.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was as advertised on the web. Comfortable and well furnished with modern appliances. Unobstructed ocean view...condo generally quiet although proximity to party room had some occasions. Stubbs very responsive and helpful to any n=minor needs. Halfway through stay, elevator from garage stopped working.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 7th year with Stubbs Vacation rentals and we wouldn’t use anybody else. The staff is wonderful and if there is anything we need help with they respond instantly. This year we were in a new condo at the Del Mar Beach Club and have already reserved it for next year. The condos are all in top shape, clean, and the ones we have rented have up to date, top of the line appliances. We would recommend Stubbs reality and have to any one that is interested in vacationing in beautiful Solana Beach, Calif.
