A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends. A modern tropical house with open and integrated spaces, relaxed and sophisticated at the same time. Located in the reserved "Hacienda Pinilla" it has exclusive access to the Beach Club*, to wonderful beaches such as Little Hawaii, Mansita and Langosta.
The House has 4 suites with air conditioning and TV, two kitchens: fully equipped indoors and outdoors with BBQ, swimming pool and SPA.

Located in the exclusive HACIENDA PINILLA, you will have access to the private beach club, spa, wellness centre, golf course, tennis courts, horse stables and the any one of 3 different white sand beaches all within Hacienda Pinilla.
BEACH CLUB Beachfront infinity pool, tiki bar and restaurant, spa, soccer and volleyball courts, fitness centre, and sun up to sun down lifeguarded beach at playa avellanas. There is a $10 entry fee per person that is then used as credit at the bar and restaurant. Beach Club has an annual closing in October every year.
Hacienda Pinilla is home to the J W Marriott hotel.
Here at Casa Serendipity our aim is to give you the luxurious hotel feel in a private home setting. For extra fee, we provide daily breakfast. The housekeeping services is included.

Can’t wait to come back!!

What an amazing stay we had at Casa Serendipity! First off, the house is exactly as advertised! The pictures are very indicative of the quality and beauty of the home. Gorgeous inside and out, perfectly safe and secure neighborhood with 2, efficient and friendly guard gated areas to negotiate. We absolutely loved being home! Mariela was wonderfully attentive, always accessible and got back to us immediately anytime we needed anything. Picked groceries up for us on more than one occasion, always provided great advice, and was just the perfect balance of helpful and respectful of our family time. We can’t say enough nice things about Mariela! Now on to Sara, who kept the house clean for us daily and cooked for us twice during our stay. She was just amazing as well. Prompt, friendly, and an amazing cook!! After the first night of preparing a meal for us, our boys asked about her every night! We highly recommend spending time at the beach club. The food was delicious (quesadilla, Casados, and the chicken with risotto were favorites), but maybe avoid the pizza. The beach at the club (Avellanes) is absolutely stunning and totally underrated. We spent a ton of time there and it still wasn’t enough. This is a beautiful five minute drive from the house. Should we find our way back to Costa Rica we would most definitely stay at Casa Serendipity again!! We have already recommended it to our family and friends! Thank you Mariela!
