The beauty of the Cape awaits with this bright and beautiful house in South Yarmouth. Featuring beachy decor, hardwood floors, and a private backyard, you will have all the comforts of home in a serene setting. With Seaview Beach less across the street, you'll have fun in the sun all summer! This beach is known for having the warmest saltwater ocean on Cape. ​Come back to the house after a long day and roast some marshmallows on the backyard firepit. Or watch a movie with the family on the plush living room sofas. Cook up tasty meals in the kitchen and play board games at the kitchen table. Lounge in the sunroom or on the back patio and take in the warm rays and fresh air. Past the kitchen you’ll find a hall with a full bathroom and two rooms — each with their own TV and bed. Upstairs you’ll find one bedroom with two beds and a second bedroom with three beds. The two rooms share a full bathroom that sits between them. If you're feeling a bit adventurous, South Yarmouth has dozens of top tier restaurants, all located in close proximity to this house, including the owners' favorite Skippers Restaurant, just a block away.

From Labor Day through Memorial Day, this home is equipped with a an exterior security camera on a perimeter fence monitoring side-street activity

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
