This spacious villa offers everything you need for your next vacation. This home includes three master suits to relax and unwind in. There are also to bedrooms with twin beds for your little ones to sleep in. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops, great for making a meal after spending a long day out and about. The games room has a foosball table and pool table for you to show your competitive side. And a privet pool and spa for you to embrace all the relaxation a vacation has to offer. The villa is located right across the street from the community center which offers water slides, a lazy river, and a large community pool.

House worked well for our group. Property Manager was responsive to our requests, replaced grill and made sure pool was ready for us. Could use new pool furniture.

Nice home in nice community. Near food places.
Nice clean spacious home with nice pool and hot tub. Got there at 4 (check in time) and cleaning people were still there cleaning until about 4:30. Was able to get in home then. Unexpected cost of $35 (for our group of 6) to use the facilities at the clubhouse (workout room, pool, lazy river, etc). Reasonable price if you want to use those facilities. We did not. Needs darts for dart board, pool sticks, replaced. Can’t play darts without darts that stick. Can’t play pool with pool sticks that are broken. Sliding door to patio was broke. Needs to be fixed so someone doesn’t get hurt. Nothing for teens to do in the area. All fun things like bowling, go carts, etc about 45 mins to hour away. Other than those minor things. Love the home! We had a great stay and would stay again.

Nice house, enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our stay at the house for a week and there was more than enough room for the 7 of us. There were minor things like a cable box missing in one of the bedrooms and a screen missing in the pool area but overall it was a great property. David quickly responded to questions and issues that came up during the stay and was a pleasure to work with.

Impressive Home
House layout is GREAT! Parking : Only 2 vehicles. But additional street parking is located right down the street. You can see it from the front door. First come, first serve on that. Clubhouse: Walking distance. A quick 5 mins. There was alot of minor things missing or wrong but I did let the property manager know about. It didn't get taken care of but I kept him in the loop of things. Hopefully the minor things gets fixed and this house will always be on my go to list. It's the little detailed things that can make the trip overall worth it to anyone.
