This unit is equipped with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace, community outdoor spa and pool, a deck overlooking the pool and spa on the 17th green and, separate balcony area. Other amenities include heat traced pathways, in unit washer and dryer and common underground parking with an assigned space. There is also plenty of additional outdoor parking available. This is a pet-friendly unit.

This property was purchased by three friends from college who were looking to invest in an area with the opportunity for a variety of winter and summer activities. They immediately fell in love with Mammoth.

Mammoth Green offers a wonderful location in Mammoth, with proximity to both the slopes and the golf course. The pool is an added bonus in the summer months. The owners loved that the unit is all on one level with a well laid out floor plan and a cozy feel. It just felt like a home away from home.
This was our second stay in this condo. We really like the location (walkable to the slopes) and the fact that we can bring our dogs! The condo is nicely appointed and fits a family of four nicely.
Our stay at #257344 was very acceptable. This home is well taken care of. Very comfortable and homey. I felt like I was coming "home" to our summer retreat. This place was perfect for my husband and I, our 2 year old daughter and our 10lbs Yorkie. In the morning we opened the windows to enjoy the mountain air, late afternoon took advantage of the pool, and our evenings were spent in front of the fireplace. Our family trip was mainly hiking and exploring the high Sierra's. So our mornings and evenings were at the condo. We cooked every morning, prepared to go lunches, and BBQ every night. The condo was stocked with what you would typically need, including Tupperware for any left overs. There were a few disappointments, but none that would stop me from coming back here again. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on as a family, but it's a sofa bed. We chose to sit in the chairs. The place was clean, but not clean enough... lots of areas needed a good dusting and certain spots on the walls need some 409. A couple of burners on the stove would not work, but luckily I didn't need all 4 at the same time. Bring a can opener, the one they provide does not work. They have a DVD and an VHS player. There is cable in the family room and master bedroom. The "kids" room has two trundle beds. Both bathrooms are large. Washer and Dryer available in the unit. A good size patio with the BBQ over looking the pool; which is one of the reasons why we chose this condo. The place was pretty quiet. The condo is off a golf course. But because of our windows being open, we did here the mowers and the earlier golfers teeing off. But both sounds were no way intruding. This condo is an end unit and has it's own covered roof for entry. We had some rain, so it was nice not having to get wet when entering / exiting the unit. I would recommend this property for the smaller scale families. This place can certainly sleep 4 very comfortably. Adding the additional two people would work, however it would be some what tight especially since they do not want you moving any furniture around. But this place is beautiful and with the larger ceilings, you don't feel squeezed in. And the best part is that this complex was centrally located for all of our exploring adventures; even a night on the town. We will stay again!!
We stayed this summer. Great location near the pool and jacuzzi. Comfortable condo with nice, flexible owners. The carpets, and floor under it near the front door, could use some attention but we were happy overall. Very close to Sierra Star golf course. Would be a great place in winter as you can park in an underground garage, come up through an enclosed stairway and you're right across from your front door. And that's walk to the front door is covered too. One more thing, we brought our small dogs. While they were comfortable inside, the lack of grass nearby outside didn't thrill them. Not a deal breaker though.
Location, location, location!! Very nice condo, but could use a bit of TLC. We enjoyed our stay at this condo. View looking out over the pool and golf course from the balcony was very nice. The only drawback was the family ( and they were large, lots of kids) above us were VERY loud.
This was our 3rd year coming to Mammoth for the summer. As you can imagine, there are a ton of choices and we decided upon this unit which is perfect for a family of 4. Great location and being single story is nice when unloading the car! It had all the amenities you would need. Only suggestion would be add a couple baking pans for cakes, etc...for the kids and tupperware for leftovers. Definitely will be back again.
