When you drive through the gate at Nautical Estates, you are greeted by a friendly, charming and private atmosphere. Everyone is here to enjoy themselves and it shows. Inside the condo is an updated, clean, warm and inviting home to greet you after a day filled with activities.
This one level, free standing condo is completely remodeled and very comfortable. . It has porcelain tile floors with area rugs, new carpeted bedrooms with plush new mattresses, all new kitchen appliances with new countertops, new washer and dryer and a 42' flat screen t.v. in the living room. The master bathroom is new from the floor to the ceiling and has a large walk in shower with a built in bench. The 2nd bathroom is all new with tub and tile shower. There is a private patio out back for relaxing, dining and entertaining. Attached to the front of the condo is a gated, semi-private courtyard which is also a great place to sit and relax.
My husband and I work hard and play hard. We love the outdoors and all the activities that go with it. We started a private car service in Sun Valley, Idaho 6 years ago as a new chapter in our lives. It is keeping us quite busy, but we love it. We have 3 grown children, all through college and moving forward in their careers. We are enjoying life with no kids at home once again. Life is good for us and has been for 38 years of marriage.

During the spring of 2009, we traveled through Lake Havasu on our way to Scottsdale. We looked at houses in the area as we have done many times, but nothing ever seemed like the right one. We just happened by one morning and noticed this gated complex and decided to take a look. Nothing really jumped out at us as usual, and we weren't even really interested in a condo, or so we thought. We were actually leaving the complex when we saw a note on this condo so we stopped to take a look. The rest is history. We never thought we would be in the rental business, but we aren't ready to retire for awhile and can't afford to leave it empty, so here we are!
We love that it is next to a golf course, across from the walking/biking path and near the boat launches. When we are here, we do everything together and everything for fun, not work. We feel very secluded yet everything we want is so close to get to.
The condo was excellent and just what we needed. It is in a gated and friendly community. We enjoyed the heated pool. Barb was very friendly. I would stay here again.
The condo is in excellent shape. All one level. It has all the items one needs but never thinks of until they are there, like toaster, Bar b que, wifi, cable and so on. The condo was very clean and comfortable. But I think the best part was how easy the owner was to work with, right from the first contact to the final return of the deposit. If it was not all ready booked for next year I would certainly rent it again.

This was our second year staying here. Whenever we are in Lake Havasu this is the place we'll stay. Immaculate, everything you need and convenient, quiet location. Owners are great to deal with and deposit was returned promptly.
We stayed here over 4th of July weekend 2011 and the condo met our needs perfectly! You won't be disappointed! The location is great, so close to the Lake Havasu Marina. The condo is very nicely decorated, upgraded and a well maintained property. We loved the fact that smoking is not allowed, so no smoke odor. Plenty of beds, linens, towels and the kitchen is fully stocked. We will definitely be back!
This unit was nicer than described. we were very pleased. clean, tidy and all updated, which we have had problems with in the past. the bike/walking path was just across the street, pool and hot tub close to the unit, plenty of room for our boat and the gated entrance was an extra bonus for feeling secure. even though we were so close to town, the condo had a very private feel, all away from the congestion and traffic. as in previous reviews, we got our deposit back promptly, just as the owners stated. we come here often and just found our new home away from home!
