About Michael Rozzi

Our family first moved to Colchester in 1971. Presently, both sons still reside in the Burlington area with Jamie Rozzi the proprietor of Rozzi's Lakeshore Tavern located right around the corner from the cottages.

Michael Rozzi purchased this cottage in 2012

Why Michael Rozzi chose Colchester

Our interest in this property was its location, a private beach setting while still maximizing the benefits of the Burlington area.

What makes this cottage unique

There are only a handful of properties that actually have a sandy beach to utilize in Malletts Bay. The fact that we only traverse five steps is truly unique in this area. A great view and a great beach. Add a small fire pit and we enjoy the property both day and night.

Perfect Stay for Local College Graduation Weekend

  • 5 of 5

The pictures don't do this place justice! We had a wonderful stay over a long weekend for a local college graduation. The beach front allowed our extended family to catch up around the water and bonfire at night! Having two cottages was a huge bonus! I'd definitely recommend staying here. The owner was very responsive throughout the process and even let us have a later check out then agreed upon.

Great Vacation !!!!

  • 5 of 5

The cottages were just like shown in the pictures online. They were clean with the exception of spider webs and the occasional spider. The owner was very nice and worked with us on payment. I would recommed this property to friends and family. Some friends came by and were interested in renting the property also. My family who lives in the area were there everyday enjoying the water and Kyaks, paddle boat and beach. It was so nice in the evening sleeping with the windows open and the sound of the water coming onto the beach. I have never slept so well in a long time. Also, the owners considered families with gates for young children and pets both down to the beach and up to the street. Wish there could have been more convienent parking.

Thank you Yvette for sharing your beautiful property with my family, it was wonderful!

Owners took great care of us! 2 kayaks, a peddle boat and the beach kept the five kids entertained. Loved the lake views and sunsets.

What a great place

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I rented these cottages for a weekend event in Burlington recently. We loved them so much that we didn't even want to go into Burlington. They are clean, comfortable and recently renovated. We enjoyed BBQing and relazing on the screened in porches. The sunsets are spectaular. This is a perfect spot, and the owners were very professional. We plan to return ASAP.

Excellent vacation

  • 5 of 5

My family and I decided to stay at these beach cottages with another close family. Needless to say, we had a great time. Our children had such a blast together, yet we had tons of privacy with separate homes. There is so much to explore during the day and at nite it is a pleasure to sit on the deck for a barbeque spread while watching the sun set directly in front of you. Of course, nothing beat the smores cooked over the beach firepit before settling down for the evening. Memories like this are worth it.

Enjoy a breathtaking sunset over beautiful Lake Champlain from the porches of these charming lake cottages. Build sandcastles, swim, kayak or boat the day away. Jump on the bike path across the street and ride to the nearby park which includes skateboarding and tennis or ride out over the lake and take the bike ferry across the islands. Don't forget to duck into Mazza's farmstand for fresh vegetables, fruits and yummy homemade pies. A late night fire on the beach with s'mores is the perfect way to end the day.
